We just moved in. Loving the place. Staff was great through the application process, apartment was clean, and it is very quiet. I have lived here for six months and have been really impressed. My kids and I feel safe, the buildings are sturdy so we don't really hear the neighbors, the trash is picked up often, and it's convenient, being right across from the mall and Walmart.

Moved in from out of state, did all transactions online and interactions by phone. Office personnel assisted concerns and issues with move , price and apartment. Had a couple of maintenance issues when first moved in which was handled right away. Parking lot by dumpsters needs more attention but has been a good experience thus far.

I've never lived in a perfect apartment complex so I can't say there aren't issues at The Pines, but for the price point, I absolutely love this place. Two bedrooms and two baths for the price would cost an arm and a leg elsewhere. The size of the unit is also fairly decent, only lacking in storage space(but I think that's more of an apartment problem in general). The staff has always been very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. My biggest complaint in the laundry room as the dryers tend to go on the fritz quite a bit.

I have been living here for about 6 years now and I am not loving it here. It is cheap here as in rent, yes, but that is the only reason i live here. Some of the maintenance men are really rude. The other people living here don't care about anyone else, and the other children around here are never watched and like to pick on and beat up other kids who just want to play. If i had a real choice on where to live, I would NEVER choose this place.

Recently moved in and so far have no complaints! My cozy 1 bedroom apartment is perfect for me and I love that I'm on the second floor so the wind comes in perfectly. Not to mention how close I am from the mall and a really good pho spot! Looking forward to starting school back up so I can live here full time!

I lived here for many years, from 2007-2017 about 10 years- I can tell you that this place is good and met all my needs and was affordable. One of the reasons I stayed so long aside from fair rent is the ownership/management- some great people have worked and do work there to this day I believe. I had excellent relationships with the management team especially Monique and Shelley. Maintenance was always quick to respond if I needed them. Since I left I still visit the area and team from time to time it is looking even better there. I assure you the Pines is a decent place to live and the management
