At JACO Rehab, our mission is to empower our patients by providing individualized, innovative, and intelligent care! We pride ourselves in providing one-on-one care to our patients, which focuses on manual therapy and exercise. We first opened our doors in 1998, and have since grown to four locations: Honolulu, Waikele, Mililani, and Kapolei.
Hale Pawa'a is in the heart of Honolulu between downtown and Waikiki, within walking distance of the busiest Honolulu Hospitals and along well served public transportation routes. JACO's clinic space on the 5th floor is close to 4,000 ft, including a beautiful private waiting area, fitness floor and lockers for storing your belongings.
At JACO, every single session is one-on-one with a licensed therapist. Unlike many other clinics we guarantee that we never double book. Our PTs want to make sure that they are there to modify, implement, and change your treatment whenever necessary. A "whole-body" approach to dysfunction and pain, addressing posture and other joint limitations which may influence the painful area.
At JACO Rehab, we not only treat injuries after they've happened, but we also believe in preventing them! We hold JACO HI (Halt Injury) assessments in March and October of every year for larger groups and teams. Individual testing is available year-round and performance training can be added if desired.

Been referred here by my doctor post surgery. They great hours M-F I 7a to 8p Sat. 7a to 4p and Sunday close. Lots of FREE parking. The staff there are very friendly, patient, and help you not only help you recover from and injury but cheer you up if you're feeling down as you try your best to do their recommend exercise therapy. The waiting in some what small however enough room as they schedule accordingly and seem to fall on schedule that one don't have to sit and wait long for there session. They follow CDC guidelines for covid they make sure you wash your hands before and after

Jaco Kapolei was an amazing experience! Coming from someone that has already been to physical therapy before, this facility definitely surpassed my previous experience. Jaco's physical therapists Nicole and Jamie were very informative, patient and friendly. Highly recommend if you're looking a clean, knowledgeable, welcoming experience.

Nicole and Isaac were the 2 therapists I worked with the most. They made me feel safe and comfortable. I could tell that they were very knowledgeable in what they did and that allowed me to completely trust them, which helped me in my recovery.
Although Nicole and Isaac were my 2 main therapists, I pretty much got to work with almost everyone there and they were all great.
Although I was happy to "graduate" from physical therapy, I was actually a little sad inside. JACO had become a second home for me

I am thankful that I was assigned to your exceptional therapist, Isaac Aragon. After my first session with him I already was much more mobile and feeling better. I was very satisfied with his high level of care. I will definitely share my positive experience with others.
Regarding the JACO feedback questionnaire, I was not able to accurately grade how I felt about being able to walk or run a mile because I have not tried yet. Although I do feel more mobile after the therapy sessions. However if there is a number system (1-10), I believe I can accurately feedback how I've improved. Thank you Isaac

Jaco Rehab is fantastic. I'm not very familiar with rehab as this is my first time having experienced it. And because of this I always have lots of questions, which the staff is always happy to answer. It's not enough for me just to do the stretches and exercises, I want to know how, and what parts are effected with each exercise. It's nice that Jaco only hires top notch therapists who can treat my injury while answering my endless questions. They are kind caring, and knowledgeable.

Isaac Aragon at JACO Kapolei listens and genuinely cares. In fewer than 20 visits, he taught me a way of moving easily and naturally; because of his careful help, I have stopped experiencing an 11 year torture of horrible arthritic pain in my spine and was able to discontinue any and all medications without any difficulty.
These visits were also some of the most pleasant experiences ever experienced in a medical office- all the faculty are kind and friendly, and everything is excellently organized.

Isaac at JACO Kapolei is extremely considerate, understanding, and thorough in his evaluations and training methods; you learn to move naturally and easily again. My treatment there was life changing; after 16 visits I was without without back pain for the first time in 11 years. Everyone is very kind and organized there, especially Hannah the receptionist. Definitely would recommend. 10/10

I went to JACO therapy after shoulder surgery and I highly recommend JACO physical therapy! My Physical Therapist Issac, was very professional and knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about this practice. I was treated here for two different injuries with three different therapist (Jami, Isaac, and Nikki) in 2020 and 2021. The best thing about this group is that they do such a thorough assessment of the problem you're having. I went there thinking I had an injured shoulder and discovered the injury was in my neck! Then I went thinking I had an injury in my foot, and discovered the injury was in my foot and hip! Their brilliant assessment and treatment plan made all the difference in the world. First timer for physical therapy so, naturally I was a little apprehensive about the whole thing. From day one however, I felt confident and comfortable with each therapist who worked with me. I was paired with three different ones but worked with Isaac majority of the sessions and I highly recommend him! Very knowledgeable and caring.
COVID protocols adhered to; easy and quick iPad form-filling and check-ins (highly appreciated); friendly, pleasant, efficient reception (thank you!)

It's been about 5 months since I torn my rotary cuff in my left shoulder and 1st ever surgery I endured.......it was a real setback but as soon as I went to JACO rehab in kapolei they easily knew their job and pointed out exactly how to treat my shoulder and also a really a good working atmosphere......Marko was excellent on hitting all the pivotal points on where to stretch my shoulder, different angles and also getting me to learn more on various at-home stretches for home. Having been sidelined for 6 - 9 months before for dual knee injuries, my heart sank when I felt and heard something in my leg pop in kickboxing class.
Decided to call my former PT who had transitioned to the Kapolei office and was promptly slotted in for a free 10-minute evaluation on short notice.
Upon my arrival, my only obligation was to fill out a short digital questionnaire. From there, Marco wasted no time in figuring out my dilemma. Even though I was convinced I had compromised my LCL, Marco employed a series of manipulations and range of movement exercises

I really like Jaco rehab in kapolei. They don't only do physical therapy with you, they start with seeing how you doing, where you at as far as your strength, your pain level. Stretch you out by activating your muscles before starting your therapy. I love working with Miwa and especially Jamie. Their receptionist is really friendly too. Keep up the good work!

The hubster was referred by his ortho doctor for PT. A new location, it's convenience works for us. He loves that they push him to make positive gains from having bi-lateral knee surgery. He always hobbles out ( still needs a walker) smiling and wishes he could come 5x a week as he's motivated to get better sooner than later!

Any time you have a health problem there is lot's of apprehension associated with it. My first visit to Jaco Rehab Kapolei after my knee surgery was awesome. I have had 4 therapist that have taken care of me and they all have been great. Can't say enough good things about them.
I am still in recovery but I am seeing the progress with each visit.
