The worst lender to be in business. DANIEL PEETE AND INDRU JASHNANI are Incompetent and unprofessional. A simple straight forward mortgage approval was denied. We have a credit score of over 700 with $60,000 down payment and 2-3 jobs and was still denied. They gave us the run around with 3 different closing dates. They contacted me and my agent to let us know that we were approved with conditions and clear to close with conditions. We met all the unnecessary conditions that they placed. Myself, the real estate agent, the seller and the title company are all on board and agree that this company

Al is very clearly a long-tenured, highly prompt and professional operator in the loan brokerage business.
