I lived at Sonoran Vista in a townhouse for 2 years. This office team, specifically the Office Manager and Assistant Office manager are two of the most difficult and unprofessional people I have ever delt with. Our issues started with these employees when the unit AC broke in July 2020. They avoided my calls and emails. Finally trying to tell me Arizona heat in the summer was a "livable" condition. They do not return calls, or emails. Regardless of how important your issue is. They repaired the AC 4 days later and did not even call me to tell me it had been fixed (so I could return home). Upon

I’ve been living in this community for years, and have no complaints. Everything is well maintained, and if something goes wrong or breaks it gets addressed quickly. The whole maintenance team is friendly, and everyone will always take the time to speak to you. Beyond that, I know I can always count on my good friend Dan to answer a question or help me fix something if there is a immediate need or emergency.
All in all, I’ll be living here for as long as I can.

Overall complex is gorgeous and is in a great location. The maintenance team is very responsive and cares to help solve problems. I made a complaint out of frustration and Ben was at my unit within 10 minutes no kidding. Instantly diagnosed my issue and went out of his way to find a proper solution in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you Ben and the other maintenance staff members. You all do a great job around the complex!

Maintenance was swift and efficient. It took just a couple of days to have two maintenance requests completed in the unit. The maintenance personnel is very kind and professional.

This unit has had almost no maintenance issues except for plumbing, which has been an issue on and off, mostly because this is an older structure but they really have been staying on top of it. It helped a lot that they made the effort to backwash the pipes months ago, and since then there’s been a huge

Absolutely beautiful apartments and such wonderful staff. A special thank you to Jessica in the leasing office for making our experience so easy. Not to mention she was extremely knowledgeable and quick with the numbers. Everything on the final contract was what we agreed to upfront. Overall, would recommend to anyone looking for a safe, well maintained apartment.
