Lee gave us the best service and I would recommend this place to anyone! We picked up suit rentals for a wedding and they made it a whole fun experience for us. The prices were fantastic and I think even better than Men’s Warehouse. I definitely will be going here again over any big box store experience.

Mr. Lee was a huge help for my wedding. I rented tuxedos for the event and was paired with great looking outfits at a tremendous value. We all looked great. The tuxes were slim cut and modern while still looking professional- the best fitting tux I've ever worn. Lightyears ahead of anything I've ever had from a big box chain.
On a separate note, I was touched and thankful for Mr. Lee's flexibility and customer service. We had to postpone our March wedding at the last possible minute due to the coronavirus. We ultimately rescheduled to a small, private, family-only event several months later and

I came here to have a costume tailored. This was a complex job to take in a one piece flightsuit and raise the inseam. I recieved an accurate cost estimate upfront, flawless work, a short turnaround time, and wonderful customer service. I am beyond pleased and will most certainly return.

I recently dropped off 9 pairs of pants needing anything from a hem, to taking nearly 4 inches out the waist. Wearing a 42s jacket, suit pants come with a 36w, and I’m a 32w. I came back a week later and dropped off 4 more pairs, without trying the others on before I left. I figured if something was wrong, I would just take them back when I picked up the others. I tried the pants on when I got home today and every single pair of pants fit perfectly. I am extremely impressed with their work and I will never go anywhere else as long as they are an option. Came to get a suite jacket resized do the amount of muscle I had put on. They did a amazing job. They made my suite fit me perfectly. I plan on going back for all my suite alterations.

Needed some quick shortening of women's pants. Nice people fixed 2 pairs in 25 minutes. Seemed expensive, but I usually do it myself, so have no other comparison. They did do a very nice job.

Mr. Lee is the best tailor in town! I was struggling to find a very specific suit for my wedding. I searched every suit store between Columbia and DC, and none offered the specific tuxedo that I wanted. Mr. Lee was the only one that said if we can’t order it we will make it. I put my trust in him and it paid off big time. I was searching for a half canvas custom suit. The suit needed to be a black tuxedo with a shawl lapel that had white trim on the lapel. Sounds easy right, well no one makes this style or carries it. Mr. Lee said he could have it for me a week before the wedding and he did.

This is the best tailor shop. I am always so amazed at how well the clothes are altered and the quality of work that is put into it at such a great price. I will recomend this place to anyone who wishes to alter casual, formal, or wedding dresses, suits, tuxes, or just about any other clothes.

Kings Contrivance Formal Wear did an AMAZING job on my wedding gown alterations. Nataliya, the seamstress, is so nice and took me at the the last minute and did a wonderful job and I feel so confident in my dress!!! If you need any type of alterations I recommend this establishment, they are so professional and welcoming.
