My iPhone was having more troubles charging, and I noticed that the screen was bulging a small amount as I was removing the iPhone from its case.
I mentioned this to Sean in the One Hour Device Repair Redmond store when I brought the iPhone in for servicing.
He told me that he had a new iPhone 6 Plus battery & screen, and that he would have the iPhone repaired within an hour.
He replaced both the battery and the screen, we checked that the phone worked as expected, and I left as a repeat, satisfied customer.

I had a shattered phone screen, so I went to this store to see if they
could fix it. It was my first time going to a phone repair shop, and my
expectations were exceeded! At the time I walked in, they didn't have
the phone screen in stock but Estevan, who was super kind, offered to get one from their Bothell store.
Over the weekend I came back, and he fixed it right up! Great service,

Alert!!!! This company is conducting buisness without a valid business licence. They are currently revoked in the state of washington. This was a facility that my insurance for my phone had determined where I needed to go.. The first time I went in the guy at the counter was so high he took him at least 10 minutes to input my email address just for account creation. He still got it wrong. Then informed me that he had to order the screen to which my insurance company said they should have in stock as it was a current phone. I was told it could take up until Wednesday to get when I ordered it on

Took my phone to repair there. Was promised an update next day because "the person who will work on it is not in the office today". Received no update after 4 days. Called in only to hear "no update yet, we will call you back when there is an update". Asked to speak with the person doing the repair and finally was connected to a rather rude guy who was trying to convince me that I know nothing about phone repair and it is a very long process. Said the phone is now disassembled it and if I want, they can put it back together it and I can come and pick it up. Guess what I did.

I've been here a lot and always found these guys to be more than reasonable. Great pricing and lifetime guarantee. Last time I was in a man who did not want to wear a mask was literally screaming at the technician who explained masks were required. I'm not sure why he felt that was necessary but I am grateful they are taking the mandate seriously. The techs are behind this massive barrier too its quite impressive. I'm not sure what I would do if they were shut down. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could lord knows Sean deserves it for what he's dealing with besides the repairs.

I took my phone to repair there, it had a cracked screen, but it’s as still kind of working. they said it will be ready in 1 hour then I called them in 3 hours and they said it will be ready in one day then I week later I went there and they took out some parts from my phone, then they gave my phone back in a worse condition and when I took it to another repair they told me they damaged the whole phone, and I can’t get any information transferred to my new phone. That’s why I recommend never going to this place to repair your device, they have horrible customer service.

NEVER GET YOUR DEVICE FIXED HERE. We’ve been going here for years and the customer service has been getting worse each visit. Went to go get one of our phones fixed and when we asked about how long it’ll take one of the employees cursed at us (f word)+ said they’re sick of us coming to get our devices fixed. We originally went to another device repair shop to get the phone fixed since the problem seemed too complicated but the prices were higher than what One Device gave. So we went with One Device. A few months later and now we’re regretting that choice and would’ve rather gone with
