I showed up right before he closed and he worked overtime for me. He was a very nice guy who works from home. My screen was SHATTERED, and he did an amazing job fixing my iPhone. The price was reasonable, and he was very quick. The repair itself was more than I could have every expected. Absolutely would suggest.

An unconventional place to get your phone fixed but Lolel( not 100% sure on how to spell his name) provided an excellent service for a fraction of what it would normally cost at a Apple store or any other repair store. You’ll be saving $40-$60 dollars coming here. It’s also a great feeling to support a small business I highly recommend!

The BEST iPhone repair place in Seattle. I have been here a couple times and ever time I show up he has amazing service and he repairs my phone quickly(30min). My last visit he repaired my phone 5 minutes before his posted closing hour. I recommend this business to anyone that needs an iPhone repair . All my friends family go to this place. Extremely professional and quick. Got an iPhone battery swapped while waiting. It is a residential location but it’s very clean, organized, setup nicely. Definitely recommend this place as the owner is really courteous and seems to have thought of everything for those that wait. You are also able to drop off items to be picked up later.

I've had two different iphones repaired here in the last two years. One camera fixed, and the other needed its battery replaced. Fast, friendly service, great pricing, great results. The last one, I dropped it off, walked up and had a coffee, came back in 30 minutes and it was done. Has saved me hundreds of dollars at this point.

Very helpful, professional and friendly. Great pricing and service. The pricing was better than Jet City (a place I have used twice before), about $50 cheaper for my iPhone 6S Plus. Just got that done last week. This is a business ran out of a house on Beacon Hill (signs in yard). The gentleman was very nice, and even let me borrow a screw driver to replace the tabs on my car while I waited. ;) The repair was done in 30 minutes, as quoted. Taking my daughter's phone to get fixed by them today! ;)

The iPlayPower is at a residence but it is very safe and clean and friendly. Lowell is great! My iphone was fixed so quickly (under 30 minutes) and is in perfect condition. I highly recommend this service. I was just so grateful to have my phone fixed as I use it for business and I didn't have to haggle or deal with any big business wait times! ;-)
