After three years, the only staff member who hasn't lied to me is Pat. The most recent example is from moving out. Maintenence man said not to clean the carpets, they will be replaced. The office charged my security deposit for not cleaning the carpets.
Unbelievable.

I Have been at this place for 4 months. When we moved in everything was going wrong and breaking down. The FIRST day the fridge didn’t work, the outlets were all out and HORRIBLE and a safety hazard. The trims in the place were SO outdated and we were having MAJOR ant problems! The community was nice but had neighbors literally harass us about our dog and calling him a guard dog which he isn’t. So not dog friendly. He isn’t an aggressive dog AT ALL. He is a VERY sweet friendly dog. Now Pat was wonderful and VERY helpful. But the whole experience at Treeview was HORRIBLE and super miserable

Treeview is a friendly neighborhood. I have been living here for few years now and i have enjoyed my time here. Loni and Pat are friendly and always helpful. I feel they are not appreciated enough for the work they do. Maintenance team is helpful and ready to answer any questions i have. They attend to issues within a day or two. It feels home for me.

I wish I could rate this negative one star, that would be more appropriate. If you are in the market for a new apartment, I would highly recommend you reconsider living here. I read another review that said if you want to get ripped off this is the place to come. Id have to agree with this. You will not be getting your full security deposit back no matter how nice your place is when you leave. (due to them taking out a $105 dollar carpet cleaning fee that is not mentioned anywhere in the leasing contract.) The leasing office is extremely unhelpful. I had multiple issues in my short time living

Would not recommend. Just moved to the area. These apartments are highly outdated and really inefficient. I was shocked to have gotten an electric bill for over $300 for just 795 square feet. People do not pick up after their dogs-- my dog was so sick at one point from this that it cost me over $1000 in medical bills. I called management and was told that unless I could identify the person who was not picking up after their pet, there was nothing to be done besides a reminder flyer. As I read on these reviews, the window sills get moldy because of the constant moisture on the windows. The complex

Nice and quiet apartment complex. The fitness center is open 24 hours. The large fenced in dog park is great too.

No complaints. Fair rent fee compared to other apartment complexes. Apartments are clean and modern. No aged looking apartments and no lack of response from staff. Staff and Maintenance are great and quick respond at Treeview. Gas heat and water! I barely use heat in winter because the place is so well insulated.

I think this is one of the nicest complexes in the area. Anything owned by Desouze Brown is solid. I looked at a few. They are well maintained. Nothing really breaks, tho the closet doors and front doors could use replaced.

Treeview is a pretty good place to relax. it has its own gym and pool. it is pretty quiet and relaxed, well light and is pet-friendly. They all use natural gass and have a semi-decent kitchen, including fridge and microwave. The carpet was totally clean and the upstairs neighbors are quiet. They have a lot of room to walk around and on the back its rurrounded by farm fields. it's managed and operated by desouza-brown.

I think this places best attribute is that is is almost in the country, it is really far out there, and you can just chill and relax, no one flying past honking their horn
