I contacted this law firm as a suggestion from another lawyer. I am confused by their response. All the person told me was that they had a conflict. They didn't explain what the conflict was. I actually was referred by a really great attorney to them. But unfortunately they use a general call center and after days of calling and never hearing back from an attorney. I have to say I'm not impressed . Never got a live body they use a call center. Had a pressing issue about a family member and they never once reached out to call and set up a meeting. I could have called an office that cates about people's lives. Waste of time. Horrible referral.

This firm has an excellent reputation. But they collaborate with and refer cases to Marshall Silberberg (from another law firm). In my opinion, Marshall is not competent or trustworthy. So if you hire Michels and Watkins, I recommend that you prohibit Marshall Silberberg from working on your case.
