I had the pleasure of visiting the Frosty Frog today. Wow! Quite possibly the best chicken salad sandwich I've ever had. The peach ice cream was incredible. The cheese dip was amazing! The owners are wonderful people, their staff (Sarah was great!!) was friendly and attentive and the place is spotless. Can't wait to come back. Thanks so much! Y'all are doing it right!!

You try to help local businesses and what you get is lousy service with a bunch of kids with a bad attitude. Nowhere in sight to see the business day on being run correctly and people spending their heads wondering what's going on with their food. Just moved to this area and I'll never visit this place again. Spend over 30 minutes waiting for a half a sandwich and a cup of soup. I just got up and walked away!

Popped in the Frosty Frog this morning for some coffee. It was handcrafted perfectly at half the cost of chain across the street. Tried egg and sausage quesadilla... Piping hot with cold salsa... They have decent enough sandwiches and ice cream. Nothing to write home about though. Reason for my 3 stars is the owner is not a nice person. I couldn't believe how she talked to her employees. Shame on you. These poor kids working there have to put up with that! There are plenty of other places that will hire you and treat you nicely at the same time. Never setting foot in here again!

I got out of school so I came down here for some dinner and ice cream. I'm normally a Vanilla person but I discovered Pokémon ice cream and blue moon ice cream wich was really mouth watering and made me want some after I ate my meal. I ate it and it was more delicious than it looked.Now about the meal, the corn dog was nice and buttery, warm, and tender and the cheese and crackers were very good. Also a very great location, right in the hickory flat village! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I have attempted to take my son here twice in the past month after school. And there's no one behind the counter. We stood around picking out ice cream for ten minutes with no one coming from the back . So we left and got a Burger King. A few years ago this was one of our favorite places to get a treat but I believe we will stop trying to come back.

I've lived in the area for 4 years and have driven by this place hundreds of times without stopping. My family and I decided to stop today after a day at the park to grab some ice cream. I'm glad we did! It was so cute inside with all the frog decor. It felt so much like an ice cream parlor at the beach! There were slices of cakes and cupcakes and a ton of ice cream flavors; much more than I expected. The prices were good, too. My husband and daughter shared a small cup (2 scoops) and I got a child's cone and it only cost about $5. I'm excited we found this place before summer

The food was mediocre and the portions were small, especially for the price. I wondered how much of what we ate was fresh vs. prepackaged or frozen.
Service was blah.
And what shocked me was an ad for Nerium in the ladies room stating that you should talk with the owner if you're interested in buying it. Clearly the owner doesn't think the restaurant is a viable business...and Nerium is garbage. I thought about giving the place one star just for this shameless plug by the owner to buy the MLM products they are hawking.

Had a quick minute to grab lunch so I ordered a panini to go. Not only was it $11, I waited at least 20
minutes for it. It came with a drink and instead of giving it to me while I wait or waiting to pour it when the food (finally) came out, she poured it and let it sit for the 30 min.+ that I waited so the ice was good and melted when I finally did get it. Finally it's done and the girl came out and looked around with my sandwich for 5 whole minutes, asking everyone except me if this was theirs. I'm clearly the only one in here who is waiting for to go and have been waiting for that long

We were disappointed with this place. It was overpriced for the amount of food that we received. Either lower the cost or increase the amount of food served.
I ordered the roast beef Panini it was good. My wife's Southwestern chicken was a big disappointment. The chicken is difficult to explain. It had similar texture as Burger King's chicken nuggets but more rubbery. It was definitely a liquefied and formed chicken substance.
Inside the restaurant was simple and cozy. However, it is prone to noisy kids. The service was simple but friendly. No tableside service. Food
