Joey is the very best trainer, he is very passionate, determined, organized, friendly and professional. When I first came to him, I was at 24% body fat and I was preparing my first figure show.

Our goal is to match every client with the trainer best suited to meet their fitness and lifestyle needs. In order to do this properly, we need to learn as much about you as we can.
We offer personal training and coaching in an hour long session. Your training package includes a specialized program based on your goals, body type, what the trainer feels you need, and what you do for work. Your trainer will begin to send you assignments to do outside of your scheduled workouts after your 3rd session.

Miguel is an amazing coach that has taught me so much, helps me achieve my fitness goals and build my dream body (Pictures show before and after progress from the past couple months). He is very patient, encouraging, and motivating. The workout programs that are put together are created to what I want to achieve and focus on in the gym. Keiller is a wonderful trainer! He's a mobility master and is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about what he does. He helped me fix my squat and deadlift form and motivated me to lift heavier than I ever thought I could. I was even able to do pistol squats for the first time in my life! Very professional and overall just a great person to work with.

I had a great experience with Keiller !
When I was in college I did the same workout every time I went to the gym since high school with a goal of strength. I noticed that I was plateauing and couldn’t increase my weight on the exercises I worked frequently.
Keiller helped me create a workout plan with new completely new exercises I had not done before and showed me the proper form.
After switching to his regiment, I noticed a considerable gain in strength and was finally able to increase the weight on the exercises I had previously been stuck on !

The trainers here really focus on the client, their background and goals. The facility is really good. Trainers tailor the workout to suit your level of expertise. Nobody overwhelms you with a regime. It is more about incorporating good physical workout in your lifestyle. Joey is the best coach I have ever trained with! Joey and his team are absolutely amazing!! They are vey knowledgeable and really care about the people they train.
