We Love it here! We especially love the new community manager, Stephanie who worked so diligently to help us get some issues solved. Stephanie was prompt, efficient and understanding, and you can tell she takes pride in her work. We trust that if we ever have an issue in the future we can count on Stephanie to get it done for us. Highly recommend!

I thought calling the office was bad as a resident, but they have even worse communication once you are no longer a resident. Called on Aug 10th about our security deposit and checkout because no ever got a hold of us. We moved out July 20th and they never even came to do a checkout with us. I was told they were not charging us for anything and to give them our forwarding address by email, which my partner did, and we still have not heard or gotten back anything.
It took almost a week an a half of calling to get them to answer. They have several different numbers listed and always have an excuse

Change of Property Management horrible! And RARELY onsite. There have been five property managers in the year and a half that I've lived here. Their office is a garage taken away from a renter with no windows and no security and no toilet! Probably why they can't keep their property managers. Their appliances are super cheap and response time to service requests are very slow and done on their time. If and when you move out you're expected to professionally clean the carpets, touch up paint, using the renter to do their work for the next renter! In other words you have to pay to get your deposit

We had to haggle down rent each year (even during the pandemic) due to unfair price hikes and random new fees due to management changing every month it seems. And on top of that, management is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of to deal with these issues since none of the phone numbers provided online seem accurate.
P.s. RIP my security deposit that is just lost to the wind due to inconsiderate management.

My family and I have lived in this complex the last two years, where we were among the first tenants to move here. The management is very caring and responsive to all needs we have had in the past. I've enjoyed the community feeling that this complex has, where we actually know our neighbors around us (and their fellow pup-pups). Recommend to anybody looking for an affordable, friendly apartment living.

My family and I moved from Louisiana to Colorado recently. We first lived in Lakewood, and found that living so close to the city was not suited for us and our wishes. My husband and I found Kipling Commons in Arvada and knew that it would be perfect for our family. The property manager, Justin, is a great person. He was super easy to work with and truly cares about our family.
The buildings and units themselves are built very well and with quality materials and products. The space is modern and well designed. The higher than standard ceilings make the space feel larger.
I highly recommend Kipling
