Most accordion shutters on the market today are constructed in a way that does not allow the stainless steel screws (the main structural component that holds the shutter in its tracks), to be lubricated. I would give zero stars if I could. Terrible experience. Horrible communication, terrible customer service. Sloppy job.
Installers were unprepared for the job. I was told two hours to install two fairly small bedroom windows. Four hours later they ran out of caulk and had to go to the store. Seriously, you come to install windows without a nice caulk?
The caulking job was extremely sloppy, the black bonding agent was all over the place… I had to leave to go out of town and I was promised that someone will come back to fix it.
Come to find out later, they used the wrong type caulk, is why they

All Window & Shutter Solutions is a very flawed company in my opinion. After consulting with others in our building it appears I'm not the only one. When I called the window manufacturer the owner told me directly that he gets tons of complaints about All Shutter, and that he has personally told the owner Carlos if they don't start doing things the right way they will no longer sell him windows. Find another company if you can, they are also terrible about warranty and follow up. They have created a new website 2 times that I'm aware of to get rid of other bad review posts. Stay away!
