I have only positive things to say about AAA Broward Hurricane shutters. Barbara (in the office) is extraordinary. She answers all of your questions, gets all of the paperwork prepared and filed for the permits and inspection tells you exactly how to get things processed with your HOA. She also is very informative as to timing when installation will begin and end. She communicates very well.
The work was completed timely and very professional. We had a minor adjustment that needed to be done and they were right on it.
They literally took care of everything from beginning to end! We are very pleased

They called me this morning to confirm our estimate appointment between 5-6 pm. Returned call and confirmed. I called them at 6:00 pm to inquire if anyone was coming? Was told someone would get back to me and abruptly hung up on. 6:20 pm-no show, no call, and clearly no professionalism. Ridiculous. Don’t waste your time.

They sent out a gentleman to give me an estimate 9/7. I wrote my email address down for him, at his request and he promised an estimate via email by Monday. Tuesday, after checking spam, I emailed the company explaining that I didn't receive my estimate. Have not gotten a response to my email. Wednesday I called and no one knew anything. Today I called and couldn't be helped because it's Saturday. Thanks for the warning AAABroward. Likely saved me a lot of headaches doing business with you. Forewarned is forearmed.

This establishment works with your budget and aims to understand your protection needs. We opted for clear hurricane shutters which was the more inexpensive route compared to spending upwards of $12,000 for impact windows. Called AAA Broward and Gus came up with very good estimate and ideas how to fix & replace the shutters economically with out pulling extra money out of my pocket.
It took them some time to prepare material and parts but when they arrived and install/fix them ...I can simply say all went well.
I have no problem recommending them to other people as it is hard to find honest and real professionals these days.
Have a few other properties and will be calling them for an estimate.
