Ray's Wheelhouse to the rescue, again. My wife had a nail in her tire. I contacted Ray Sunday night and he took care of my tire, first thing Monday morning. I appreciate that Ray patches the tire form the inside rather than plugging the hole from the outside.
They were also able to install a Catalytic Converter Shield on my Honda Element. Great work and very clean install. I ordered the shield online and they were able to install it within a few hours. So if you own a Honda Element, Honda Accord or Toyota Prius take your car here to get the catalytic converter protected.

Ray is very responsive in asking for a quote. I brought my 4runner in to get new shocks, tie-rods and bushings. He did a terrific job on replacing the parts and also getting the alignment done. He was done on the time and quoted price. Since Ray did such great work, I then brought it back the next week to have him install a new exhaust system.
I will definitely use his services again.

I had gotten some tires through a friend and needed them to be put on. I was sent to a shop (that I won't name) in Hayward. The place was pretty dirty and the guy told me to come back in an hour - I checked another shop and this guy seemed to make up his own pricing as he went along, so it was a hard pass.

Rays is a gem! I've been calling different shops for my specific tire size and everyone did not have it in stock. I ended up calling Rays and they were so responsive and had my tires in stock. I made an appointment and went in and they did an amazing job. My car now drives so smooth. I also had a tire pressure sensor that was broken for a very long time and they were able to quickly replace that with no issue. This is now my go to for any tire problems. My car's check engine light came on. Ray did two types of diagnosis on it. Nothing was showing up. As he examined my car further he found that my whole oil filter had blown off because of an oil change from a different business! He was so thorough, and only charged me for the oil change. He is a super nice guy who does excellent work. I will never go anywhere else.

I learn of this store after looking around for used tires. Overall, among those I have asked, this shop gives me the best price and decent-quality tire. I was charged 45$ for a Bridgestone Turanza 235/45R18 with a lot of tread depths remained. The service is quick with just 15-20 minutes in total. The staff who serves me is friendly. He answers my quote through google map quickly. He also performs his job well without scratching my rim. I will get back to this shop whenever I need tires.

This place is really affordable and served with honesty. I've been procrastinating on getting my brakes fixed for over a year and recently my AC stopped working (due to leakage) mainly due to the fact that I don't trust mechanics, and dread having to deal with them. My bro recommended Ray's Wheelhouse and my dad was raving about it. That is speaking volume given my dad is super cheap and always had issues with prior mechanics. I knew this place had to be that good. I setup an appointment with Ray via phone during the long weekend and he was available that day and the next day...

Ray is honestly one of the better and more honest mechanics out there. I've taken my lexus to him to bring the car back to stock and not only did he finish on time, but he was able to accommodate my schedule too.

2019 Accord (lowered on springs) - needed to have adjustable lower rear control arms w/ adjustable toe installed because the toe was way off. Used the 'quote request' option on Yelp to several shops and Ray responded first. He gave me a quote i couldn't refuse w/ alignment included! When I got to the shop I noticed several different type of cars (late 60s mustang, lifted 2ton pickup, early 90s accord, 70s chevy caprice?). If the owners of these cars trust Ray, include me too. Absolutely awesome experience! Ray is super nice, very responsive, and very reasonable. I found him via Yelp when I was asking businesses for a quote on how much it would cost to install a 3 inch toytech on my bf's GX470 with kdss. He was one of the few that responded with a quote and was very reasonable.
We continued to ask him for his advice and ended up buying 5 new tires from him. He definitely took good care of my bf's car! He also aligns your car when he installs the lift. Only thing I didn't like was how small the parking space was over there.
