I am not their customer. However, they have helped me fix my flat tire not just once, but thrice. Every time it was done quickly, above all, for free. They will not treat you differently because you don't pay. You do not get this type of service from Walmart or major chain. I will definitely buy tires from them next time.

This is a perfect example of loosing an true American business ownership. I have been a long time customer of this business and was imoressed with their quality of service, true care for customers and mostly the owner Christopher who genuinely went above of beyond for customers.
Christopher recently had heart issues and the business was sold.
I came in today and was shocked by the egoistic ownership and disorganized customer care. No numbers given for customers for service to get in line, rather just "go take a seat".

I had a slow leak in one tire. I called to see if I needed an appointment and they said to come on over. I only waited about 10 minutes. They pulled off the suspect tire and found a screw in it. Another 10 minutes and it was finished. The technician took the time to check the other 3 tire pressures and set them to spec. The staff was friendly and professional. I'll be back when I need to shop for tires!

After finding out the business has new owners I was kind of skeptical. However, after explaining how I've been bringing my cars here for years they were incredibly friendly and professional. I came for a tire rotation on the tires I bought from the original owner in the beginning of the year and they took me right away. Everything seems to be kept the same as before; professional,friendly, clean, fair, and fast. I'm happy and will continue to return as a customer.

Great Tire Shop. There's a reason they have 5 stars with over 200 reviews. They fix nails for free which is awesome. They respond to Yelp requests for quotes very quickly. I got new tires for my wife's car here. They gave me a quote and had my tires the next day. Price was good. Installation was quick and painless. Honest, quick and reliable shop. I contacted them asking for a wheel balance and alignment but was preparing myself to be sold on brakes as well after what other shops had told me. So I was prepared to spend $$$ Chris told me my issue seemed to be a simple rebalance and took care of the issue within the hour. Saved me a bunch of money and fixed the issue!

A month ago I busted 2 tires and needed new ones. My co-worker recommended Tire Pros. The service was fast, friendly, and decent price. No hassle, no up sales, just good customers derive all around. I ran over something on the road last night and busted my front passenger side tire. I brought my car to Tire Pros again the next day and within 10 minutes my tire was replaced with new one and all free of charge. I was my way home within 10 minutes of arriving. I highly recommend Tire Pros to anyone that needs new or repair tires.
