I am a former resident I stayed with Oakley Run about 2 years I moved in with 1 child but in the end welcomed another I wish they had offered 3 bedrooms , Beni & Karla were awesome! Very sweet and understanding, maintenance is quick and fixes problems in a timely manner, the amenities are great I wanted to leave this comment to let everyone know if you are looking to get your money worth with no worries with open space and professional leasing staff THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! I moved in 3 weeks ago. Very happy with my decision.
Beni & Carlos, in the office, are exceptional in their attentiveness, communication, kindness and professionalism. I had a very welcoming and smooth move in experience.
Leon & James have attended to couple of maintenance requests already. They are very helpful, thorough and professional.
The interior of my renovated unit is lovely. I like the layout. The appliances are great. I did have a couple of cockroaches (ick) after 2 weeks. I called the office and Beni put in a work order for maintenance to come spray in the unit and exterminator to

I just moved into my new apartment on May 27, 2021. I have been working alot with Carlos and he has been Great! The office & maintenance team have been wonderful to work with. They have went above & beyond to make sure my apartment was ready for me. I am very happy to be here and I hope it's a very long stay.

Work orders/repairs are completed rather quickly! Leasing office staff members were kind the entire time I lived there. The apartments are updated and the location is great.
However, I experienced a MAJOR problem with bugs! The bug problem caused me to move out before my lease ended. Now that my lease has ended the company is taking a very long time with my refund. This is causing such an inconvenience for me. I paid them in a timely manner, so I expect to be refunded in a timely manner.

Beni, Karla and Leon are three of the most amazing people to work with. We do contract work for the property and they are always available and setting us up for success. Each time I come into the office I am greeted with a smile. I couldn’t ask for better people to work with! Great job Beni, Karla and Leon.

I Love Love LOVE Oakley Run. The Manager and Karla have always been so helpful and nice. This is our first apartment and Karla was very patient and knowledgeable and gave us great advice and tips. Love the community and the maintenance team always gets things done in a timely manner. So in love with my apartment. I would recommend this community to anyone that is looking to move. Everything is close by! The complex inst overly large which i love! I'm so happy and appreciative of my mother in law with helping us find this GEM !

We have lived here for a month and ABSOLUTELY LOVE it. The front office team made it so easy to get in here and these apartments are a hidden gem in Smyrna. They are nicely renovated and updated, and there is plenty of space. Also, our air was working just fine and then it stopped making cold air the other day. I emailed the office earlier today and our maintenance man came by and totally fixed it in just a few minutes. All the luxury of a high end fancy complex, and the attention and kindness of a small one. So so glad we found this great place in a great school district!

Just moved into Oakley Run a month ago and very pleased with my apartment. My apartment was totally renovated with new cabinets, floors, and fixtures. So far I have not experienced anything negative and the staff is very friendly IMO. Neighbors are friendly and everyone seems to look out for each other. So far So good. No complaints here.

I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Our apartment was NOT well maintained prior to our moving in. The walls and interior of the apartment were just old. The vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bathroom were old. The cabinetry OLD!
Huge cockroaches always seemed to make their way into the apartment in the warmer months, whether it be through ceiling vents, fireplace, or patio door. Many people in the complex do not believe in obeying Cobb county leash laws, and the apartment management does not enforce it. So you sometimes have to deal with "neighbors

I love the area and the apartment are nice; however I have only been here 4 months and I would NOT suggest anyone move here! WHY... There is no security nor concern for your safety as a tenant. Since moving here, there have been 3 break-ins!! One persons door was kicked in and the other two were vehicle break-in's. The vehicle break in resulted in 13 vehicle windows being burst and the vehicles were ram-shacked. The courtesy officers is NONE EXISTENT! Management offered an apology and placed brighter lights on the side of the building although the break in's happened in the main parking

One reason I decided to live here is because rent is much less expensive than the average price around this area. (Around $700 for 1100)
Another reason is because it's close to the city, walking distant to West Village (bars & restaurant) and allowed pets.
My experience so far has been OK. The mosquitoes are terrible here (out during the day) and there's a serious amount of bugs that get inside. I understand it's the south, but I never see them do pest control, so that doesn't help! I'd have to say the thing

I've been living at Oakley Run since early '10 and I've mistakenly signed another 15 month lease earlier this year. Do you know those huge water bugs we get in Atlanta? Try coming home after a very long day and seeing a bunch of them on the walk way to your apartment! You have bags, purse and other stuff plus because it's summer...sandals. Can you imagine how that feels? In the dark (because Oakley Run prefers mood lighting), with horrible landscaping (because Oakley Run doesn't landscape what you can't see from the parking lot), smelly green mold on the concrete
