This is the worst apartment I ever lived, the leasing office is NOT willing to help you in any fashion. They always try to hide themselves from you, avoid responsibilities, and not respond to email if they own you something.
In my instance, they never refunded me the rent adjustment (due to the Covid, local government limited the rent increase). They promised to refund me the overcharged part, which didn't happen.
Also, I turned off my AC when I was temporarily out of the town. During the maintenance, they turned the AC on without my permission. The leasing office never replied to my email regarding

Be careful if you choose to live here--I would suggest putting something underneath your front door and installing a doorbell camera for your safety. I caught one of the front desk employees spying on me in my apartment through the bottom of my door. He used a letter opener to pop up the flexible stripping that covers a gap of space that's under my door. When I reported the incident to management, they not only dismissed my concerns, but they also went out of their way to tell me it was not possible to see anything (which isn't true because I checked myself) and that they never had any issues with

I visited the Meridian yesterday afternoon and was greeted by Ms. Nadine, Leasing Representative. Nadine provide valuable information regarding the property, amenities, and the units itself. Afterwards, I was able to tour all of the aforementioned, and I was truly pleased. Looking forward to hearing back from Nadine with the possibility of calling The Meridian "Home Sweet Home" in the very near future and for many years to come. I have lived in Meridian at Grosvenor Station for approximately six months. This building offers beautiful floor plans, a concierge, secure parking and an onsite “everything store” (offers basic groceries, wine, dry cleaning ... ). The building offers beautiful floor plans with upgraded fit and finish. I would definitely recommend the building to others!

This review is for Mike the leasing agent at the Meridian. He is the kindest, most understanding leasing agent I've met in the area. His calm, direct communication style answered all of my leasing questions and really helped me figure out what kind of apartment I would need. I was really anxious going into the tour, and even with COVID restrictions on in-person tours, he allowed me to tour the apartments on my own and even guided me through them via phone call while I was upstairs. He is definitely an asset to the building and to its property management company.

DO NOT MOVE TO THE MERIDIAN AT GROSVENOR
We experienced flooding on Friday May 18th along with 10+ other units (that we know of). The only assistance we have received from the building is maintenance coming every hour to vacuum water and place fans/dehumidifiers for about 10 consecutive hours. The flooding started in our bathroom and has now spread… to our entire apartment. We now have water damage to our furniture and our entire apartment smells of mold. Maintenance and an outside contractor has come to the apartment and has ripped up all the carpet in our bedroom and part of the front
