Our founder and winemaker, Victor Palencia has been a part of the Washington wine scene for over 20 years. At the early age of 13, he began following his father, David Palencia and older brothers as they tended to neighboring vineyards. These humble upbringings have given Victor a real sense of Washington terroir and has been the foundation of a lifelong passion for wine.

These distinct wines flagship our love and respect for the land. Join us as we explore the rich soils and the unique flavors these magnificent Washington vineyards offer. These Wines are produced in limited quantities due to the vineyard limitations and exclusivity of the site distinctions. This wine is generally offered to club members first with limited amounts available to the public.

Monarcha Winery Report

Our Monarcha wines express true varietal character. The vineyards chosen to craft these great wines were purposefully selected by our winemaker for the grower's heroic viticulture practices, which include high elevation, steep slopes, and rocky terrain. This may all sound like a recipe for disaster, but we invite you to taste the difference.

Vineyards Report

Washington's crowned jewel Red Mountain AVA delivers flavors and a tannin profile that tantalize the palate. The structure and powerful flavors of these grapes are sought out by some of the most distinguished of wineries. This AVA is nestled in the eastern corner of the Yakima Valley AVA. The unique soil composition, aspect, elevation and growing degree days helped gain this beautiful area its AVA status.

Palencia became the second winery we became club members too. Victor's wines are top of the line and I believe are even better then Leonetti and Quilaceda Creek's wines.

Wonderful wines by Victor Palencia. Sometimes they have live music and food vendors come in. (Like their FB site to keep tabs on events.) Pleasant tasting room and a lovely patio overlooking Duffy’s Pond near Clover Island. Treat yourself!

The wine is really great! You can’t beat that taste for the price. Buuut... I drove from Wapato, WA and had family all the way from San Diego. It would have been perfect if we could have tasted the Palencia label as well!
