Staff is helpful and professional. Maintenance is responsive and friendly. The grounds are well kept with brightly colored flowers planted for each season.There are two outdoor pools. The apartment buildings themselves are attractive, homey and welcoming. My family feels safe in this complex. I would definitely recommend Sherwood Apartments to anyone looking for an affordable place to live!

I looked all over Topeka for an apartment that met my budget, was well taken care of with up to date furnishings, was in a community that I trusted and had a management team that put priority on treating me well. I've been nothing but impressed by the folks at Sherwood. They've been super responsive and accommodating. They've been very supportive through the process which is more than I can say for the other locations I toured. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I was needing an apartment, and I wasn't in-town where I could go see it right away. The folks at the Sherwood office were so helpful and accommodating, and were willing to work with me online. The apartment is beautiful and the grounds are very well taken care of. I'm very pleased with living here at Sherwood. The staff is very helpful and gracious.

I've lived here for almost two years now. I moved here from California, and I viewed my apartment and signed my lease online before I even made it to Kansas. I took a risk, but I am so grateful that I was guided to choose Sherwood. It has been nothing short of a pleasant experience for me and my daughter. The staff, including maintenance, has always been kind and caring. I really love this community, and the apartments are beautiful inside and out.

Please do not believe the hype. My family and I lived here for 3 months and the stay was fine, it was the moving that was the issue. My husband is retired army so we needed a short lease until we move to another state. This increased the price to around $1200 which was very high considering how small the 2bdrm 2bthrm was, but AGAIN, that wasn't the issue. Our lease was up July 20th but our last day in the apartment was June 2nd. (A month and a half before the lease was up) We paid our last month, wasn't late on any payments to include trash and electricity. We turned our keys into the office on

Very friendly staff. The apartments are immaculate. Around the clock security which helps us feel safer. The apartments are located in a very nice area in Topeka close to Wanamaker which has easy access to good restaurants & stores. The apartments themselves are very comfortable & cozy. The master bedroom & walk in closet are a good size. We enjoy our fireplace during the cold winters. We have been tenants for a little over one year and we are very happy with the staff. The swimming pools are clean. The entire complex is very well kept. We plan to renew our lease.

I have lived in few good places in Topeka and so far Sherwood is the BEST!!
They have very friendly staff and and property is well maintained. The maintenance staff are super quick and will resolve most of the issues on same day. Thanks to Ali who has been very kind from day we moved in. Overall great place to live!!

Was lied to several times. Moved into my apartment with dirty stained carpet. Was told I wouldn’t be charged for the carpet when I moved out and I was charged $74 for carpet that was stained before I even moved in. I asked prior to painting my sons room what it would cost and was told that as long as it’s white I wouldn’t be charged... painted the room back white like I was told and was still charged $100 for painting. When I moved in they were obviously not ready for a tenant because they didn’t clean the drain in the bathtub so the water wouldn’t drain. There was so much hair in the

Since moving into Sherwood Apartments, a couple of months ago, I have met some really nice folks. The office staff is helpful and fun. There are monthly activities planned, in order that people in the complex can meet one another. The maintenance guys are awesome. When I moved in, there was a water leak. They responded within 24 hours. A couple of days later, they had someone replace the entire head of the faucet, no questions asked. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet place to call home.
