This is Bill Umansky. I'm a lawyer and the owner of the Umansky law firm thrown out of three schools from a broken home. My Name is Daniel Beffa I received a felony about 25 years ago. I received clemency from Governor Rick Scott and Attorney Pam Bondi about 5 years ago,
all rights were restored except my 2nd admendment. They told me to wait 2 years and apply for my 2nd.
I needed soneone to help me get my 2nd admendment back. I had spoke with many firms. Most of the firms did nothing to impress me. I usually
was only able to speak with a secetary and not an attorney. One even wanted me to pay $350.00 for 15 minutes of time with the Lawyer.
Then I contacted the Umansky Law Firm through their on line site, on Christmas

Dont use this law firm!! It may be the first to pop up on Google but you will have the worst service ever. I never got the chance to meet my lawyer. The lady cursed over the phone when selling me the idea of having a lawyer. Lawyer Rachel Mattie used alot of fear driven tactics to make me believe that I would get a year or more in jail for my misdemeanor charge (with a clean record). She was extremely tough to reach and her assistant Billie would only take messages versus forwarding me. Get this, on the day before my trial... Rachel Mattie let's me know that another lawyer will be representing

I wish I could give this firm 0 stars. The people who work for Bill are nice, but Bill himself is the rudest person I have ever paid to work on my case. Their firm is incompetent. I hired this firm to work on two separate cases, one which was an auto accident case, they dropped it automatically as soon as the other company refused to pay simply because they didn't want to put any effort into the case, I hired a different lawyer and I ended up winning. I should have dropped my other case with this firm to see the incompetence but due to the reviews I gave them a shot, what a nightmare. They

This is my second time working with this amazing team! I enjoy working with them as they work hard, are extremely upfront, and know how to handle anything that comes their way. I was hit by a young adult that was driving recklessly and ran into me while I was riding my scooter to work. I ended up in the emergency room with many injuries and one that needed surgery to fully recover. Umansky Law Firm helped us from start to finish in helping in keep the worries of huge bills piling up from losing days of work and paychecks as I had to be out for a month to recover.
