Jeannine has been amazing to work with! I started working with her over the summer - it was the only thing I was actually doing for myself. I had no idea what the rest of my year was going to look like but it turned out the I was going to need every bit of fitness we were developing! Working with Jeanine has worked wonders for me. Previously I spent way too much time at a desk and needed some inspiration in getting fit and developing a workout that accomodates a bad knee. After three months I have lost weight, improved my flexibilty, strength, and energy levels. Stairs are no longer a problem! You owe it to yourself to work with Jeanine!

Within 3 months of starting to work with Jeannine, I had lost 30 lbs, significantly reduced my BMI, was eating better and had increased my core strength. I knew I needed to use weights in my exercise regimen but every time I did, I injured myself. I really didn't want to join a gym. So, I took the leap of faith, did a google search and found Jeannine. My wife and I have worked with Jeannine for a little over 2 months now. In that time we have both dropped weight (me 10 lbs and her 5 lbs) but have also lost over 8 percent body fat each. Her positive personality makes each hour go by in what feels like minutes. The new exercises she brings over weekly makes each workout more challenging and also more fun. Jeannine was a tremendous help getting me in shape for my wedding. She’s just the right blend of understanding and pushing. I liked that there was both a predictably to our sessions and we were always trying new things.
She was incredibly flexible with my unpredictable schedule and easy to communicate with during and between sessions.

I am just about to turn 50 and have not been able to get back to the fitness level and weight that I used to be. I have tried so many things on my own without success. Jeannine has been an inspiration and huge help in kick starting my fitness routine. My back issues are improving as we work on my core. I am feeling stronger each week!
