Services
Maximum of 3 pets per apartment. Dogs and Cats only. There is a one-time pet fee of $425 per pet due at move-in and monthly pet rent in the amount of $25 per pet. Some breed restrictions apply. Please refer to Northland's Restricted Breed List. Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside of the apartment.
What are the assigned schools? Lee County is School Choice and our community is located within the South zone. Please visit the Lee County Schools website for further information. What is the parking policy? Open parking is offered on a first come, first serve basis. We also offer detached garages for an additional monthly fee.

The guy in garage 2I set up a full gym and Basketball court right outside all of our windows so now we get to hear him play basketball and blast music everyday starting at 7am. I also like how someone else also mentioned this in the review and Ashlar responded to every other probably fake 5star review and not the one real negative one that actually needs addressing.

Easy application and move in process. Management was very responsive and friendly. Apartment was clean and appeared to have been fixed up prior to moving in, although a few small things were overlooked (one window is jammed, and the blinds on one of the windows are functional but appear to be on their last legs). The apartment itself appears to be slightly on the older side, but it is very well maintained. Location is remarkably quiet, despite traffic right outside of the community being on the heavier side. Overall, I am satisfied.

I cannot say enough about the office staff as well as the maintenance staff. I have nothing but amazing experiences with the office staff, in particular Zoe, but they are all wonderful. I filled out a maintenance request for four different items on a Sunday and by the time I got home from work on Monday they had already completed everything. I can not say enough amazing things about this property and the staff who run it. They have been beyond accommodating!!

Ashlar Apartments is a wonderful place to live.
The office staff is professional, very nice
and does a great job with residents and any issues that may occur. The maintenance staff is excellent and hard working, when I first moved in I had a little issue but they were right there! Thank you Ashlar for making my transition easier 😊 A great place to call home.

I recently moved into the Ashlar Apartments about a month ago and my experiences here have been welcoming and comforting. Zoe was the sweetest and most attentive person during the leasing process and was very helpful overall. Ashlar is a safe and clean environment, and has great office and maintenance staff!
