My experience with Lofts at Zebulon has been great. I have been here for about two months now and so far I have no complaints. My leasing specialist Kristin was absolutely amazing and because of her hard work and dedication to her applicants, my move in was smooth and easy! If you decide to check out lofts , give Kristin a call, she will make sure you find a personalized apartment home that meets your standards!

Day 1 posted as we drove to Macon to move in: Was able to find a great apartment for a short term lease! Everyone was very friendly. Kristen did a great job and was very helpful and made the move much easier!
EDIT day 2: thank you Vicki for the response. However I must change my review. There were many many issues found yesterday about an hour or two after moving in and the leasing office staff was not available to help us during open hours. As a result, we will not have internet for 4-5 days. We will speak with you guys today in the office. We unfortunately posted the first review prior to these

The second part of this review will be a screenshot image attached to this, thats how much i have to say. i would honestly be giving no starts if it wasnt for how beautiful my apartment is. I relocated to Macon from Pennsylvania back in December and I shouldve known from my initial experience to have chosen a complex with better management. When i called in November and scheduled a tour, i asked if i should apply to ensure a unit was available as i would need to move in immediately after my tour. They assured me it was not peek season and to not worry about it. I then called the weekend before

BAIT & SWITCH SCAM! Vicki is a horrible apartment manager
On 8/11 I applied to the Lofts at Zebulon and paid the app fee of $65 for the 1E layout. On 8/26 I paid the deposit and admin fee which total to $345. I also signed the lease agreement on 9/25.
My move-in date was for 10/30 for the BIGGEST 1 bedroom layout this apartment complex has that is 1,002 sq ft, has a patio and an attached garage for a total mo. rent of $1339.
On 10/9, I received a phone call from the apt complex saying that the tenant wants to stay longer even though his lease has ended & I will not be able to move in until 11

I appreciate the well orchestrated public response that you have posted concerning my bleak future that I have by relying on your documents.
I can't help but wonder what would have happened if it was me who was defaulting on this contract. I am sure that you would be seeking a judgement against me & garnishment of my wages for the full contract price of this lease.
Let's be clear Joseph. The purpose of all the documentation, credit check, income verification & deposit payments are to ensure that BOTH PARTIES can rely on the other performing properly.
