We rented an apartment from 12/2020-10/2021. Management unresponsive and extremely selective in whom they spoke and dealt with. Complaints noise levels at times went without response, emails and phone calls without response. Left 10/1...Lease was through 12/1. Read the fine print- the are trying to charge us for 10 extra days in December, although we gave our 60 day notice in Ocotber and paid rent while no one was living there for 3 months. Renters beware. Management was very demeaning when speaking and completely unwilling to compromise.

The community is in a great location! They are very friendly in the office and always seem to go above and beyond no matter what the task is. The apartment itself is beautiful and no carpet for a pet owner is the best! Pool is heated and the fire places are relaxing. Very happy this is my home again as I just renewed!

I have lived here for 1 year and this is my best rental experience I have ever had. high-quality buildings, cool design, no noise from A/C as they are on the roof. Management treats you like parents to their children. Rae and Jennifer do a nice job. all that is required from you is to follow community rules that are the same for everyone, respect your neighbors and be decent. thank you!!!

From the process of signing to moving in I have received nothing but celebrity quality service and hospitality from all of the staff! The management staff (Jennifer, Rae Lynne, and Rachel) made transitioning pleasant and really welcoming while also helping with every question and request as quick as possible. The maintenance staff (Jason and Justin) are always reliable, quick, friendly, professional and very patient when it came to any help that was needed. The entire staff makes the experience that much more special and really does show they all care about their residences. It is everyday I experience

This apartment complex is Gorgeous! Residences at the Green, offers a 24 hour club house to all Residents. The club house features different area's to use to work or unwind. The Fitness Center is fully equipped. Outdoor space is super accommodating. The apartment homes are spacious and have great finishes. The location of this community is prime, within walking distance to the plaza where you can grab lunch- enjoy a smoothie or pick up dinner from Winn Dixie! Lakewood Ranch is a trendy up and coming area! The office staff at the Residences are Rockstar's!!! They put 100% into customer service and

This is BY FAR the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in! My home is Beauitful, the amenities are incredible. It is so nice to leave your home and walk around in a clean, friendly, welcoming environment. The staff is the best, they are so responsive and you never have to worry about anything. It’s also a great location where you can walk everywhere which is so convenient! Love my home!!

My issue is not with the complex itself but with the staff and how my situation was handled. I, very unexpectedly, had to move to a different state for work within 2 months of just signing a lease with Residences at the Green. My family and I had to rush to pack up all of our belongings within 1 months time. I spoke with the front staff to make… sure I did everything right by them. I paid to break my lease (the full amount), and I understand that per the lease I forfeited my deposit since we were moving out early. Jennifer provided me a cleaning list that needed to be taken care of before

A great place to live. Jennifer and Rae Lynne made the move in process so simple. Apartment was in great condition upon move in. Jason and justin helped by showing me how to use different items in my home. The staff is always so helpful and greets you with a smile. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.

A great new complex in a good location. Staff is great here but as it is brand new (2 month) there have been some hiccups with certain features not working. One of the nice things when they get it working will be your phone can open the outside gates for visitors. Fitness center has a lot of equipment.
