I just moved into the Caribbean Isle apartments of Melbourne. The move-in experience was very pleasant and the apartment is very nice.
The lady who assisted me through the process was Skye Tippin, she is very professional and efficient. The rest of the front office staff is as well, but it was Skye who I dealt with for most of the process.
Anyway, I hear by declare Skye to be a five star apartment manager and hostess!

Lived in Caribbean Isle a few years ago and I’m returning for a second time. The office staff (Ryan) is a great help and even remembered me from a few years ago down to the apartment I lived in. Maintenance has always been fantastic and responsive. The staff always addresses concerns around the property with attention to detail and a plan to resolve issues.

It's been such a wonderful experience moving into and living here the past month. Ryan and the staff have been so kind and helpful in every part of the process. The area and apartment is beautiful, well kept, and has great amenities like a pool and laundry room. This is the best place we've ever lived at!

Honestly love this place. Getting all moved in was so easy and everyone was so helpful. When looking for apartments, I completely fell in love with the looking of these apartments. I love that there are 2 pools, a dog park for my sweet girl, and a gym. They are up grading the gym right now and I'm so excited to be able to use it.

This is the second time I've lived in this community and I really love it. I called When I needed a place fast and Ryan took care of me. He even came in on his day off to make sure that I was all set for my move. Any time I need anything he's there to help.

Well Iretta! What can be done about the false claims and collections over $1400 while the experience I lived through described below now taken into account. Just that I didn't give enough notice before vacating (60 days you wanted and never sent me a lease renewal) I have a letter at 30 days sent due to the confusion and broken AC that summer. Maybe having a more honest team would prevent things like this from happening.

I recently moved in and have been very pleased with my salesperson, Ryan. The other team members; Eric, Aliesha, and Kelly were also very friendly, kind and helpful and they all continue to be. The apartment is cozy and although a little bit older, it is still updated and in great shape. Maintenance is quick to repair. It is a quiet neighborhood and very convenient to everything. I have not regretted my choice in any way. Would love to see gas grills put in so that we can cook without using charcoal and I heard thru the grapevine that may be happening. Kudos to the office staff!

While the offerings may seem decent at first, things go downhill quickly. The buildings are old and not kept up with. The kitchen cabinets are falling apart, the dishwasher is older than I am- leaving rust all over dinnerware. Walls are extremely thin and units are not isolated well enough from other units, you WILL have an apartment that smells like smoke if anyone in the building smokes indoors. The AC units are old and management refuses to replace old and malfunctioning units. I have not been able to keep my apartment at less than 82 degrees. 10 months of continuous work orders later I send

After viewing the apartment with the employee Michael, we decided to rent one of the units. The whole transaction was very pushy. Michael told us he would waive on of the application fees, since we were applying as a married couple. That was unexpected, and a nice gesture. But we were still charged twice, illegally at that since our application form stated the amount we were to be charged and was signed as that. When my husband emailed him regarding the issue, he told us he would resolve it, and never did. So we gave up.
