Dr. Moore is a board-certified Family Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, specializing in utilizing evidence-based practices to provide individualized, holistic care to adolescents and adults.
He has focused experience working alongside LGBTQ+-identifying individuals, individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), individuals with trauma histories, individuals managing addiction/substance use concerns, and individuals diagnosed with severe mental illness.He also has backgrounds in secondary and adult education and talk therapy, allowing him to utilize these skills in a comprehensive manner alongside each patient.

Unfortunately, we are not in-network with ANY Medicaid, traditional Medicare, or Medicare Advantage plans at this time, including those managed through companies like Anthem. We are accepting other patients on an out-of-network/cash pay basis at this time and can provide you with superbills to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
We offer personalized psychiatric evaluations, medication management, laboratory testing, and brief talk therapy services. We also offer genetic testing services (via Genomind) that assist in creating the most integrative and evidence-based treatment plans and developmental assessment services (via QbCheck) that assist in evaluating for developmental concerns such as ADHD.
We are able to accept individuals located within Virginia only at this time and we are scheduling on Monday mornings and afternoons and Tuesday afternoons. We recommend reviewing information found on our site, including FAQs and financial information. We will have a response back to you within several business days; if we are unable to accept you at this time, we will provide referrals or referral sources.
For new patients accepted to our practice, setup of you/your child's profile is the first step to scheduling your initial intake appointment. This process is mostly automated through our EMR, Luminello. We strongly recommend that you complete the following on a computer rather than a phone, if possible.
