Came here because the restaurant we originally wanted to go to was too crowded, however we were very pleasantly surprised!,
This is an older restaurant with pretty standard seafood menus but ocean front view is very nice. We order their hamburger and it was average, however the fries are very nice. The seafood stew however was wonderful, it was higher priced but it was enough for two people to share. They did not have bread on their menu but upon inquiry our waiter brought us a plate of nicely toasted sourdough bread which was great! The combination of this spread and the seafood stew was wonderful

Great views & food !
Our waitress was very kind and attentive. We were very impressed with the seafood pasta . The lobster was incredible! Loved the grilled taste !
It does get alittle warm in the dining area for my liking / but it's a nice place to dine at . Management walked around helping the staff and greeting customers- you don't see that very often !

Great food, parking on the pier is free for the first 90 minutes and $1.50 every hour after so if you don't want to walk too much, parking isn't too bad!
Steven was our server and he was fantastic. Always on it, checked in with us and read our minds with to go containers.
There was outdoor seating and indoor seating with fantastic views. The atmosphere here was lovely. I would love to come back when I haven't stuffed myself all day for a romantic night out.

Atmosphere: It was very cozy outside in the patio near the waters.
Food: I believe I was just hungry driving all the way from Los Angeles. The food was alright, nothing special.
01. Seafood Mac n Cheese: It was good and cheesy, my only issue is that they used the cheap small shrimps, I barely got and lobster or crabs.
02. Seafood Pizza: Same deal as the Mac n Cheese, also barely any sauce, I think a white sauce would have went well with the pizza. I loved the dough.
03. Fish Tacos: Portion could be bigger as far as protein goes, it was a bit dry

The service wasn't bad, we were a party of 11 and were seated within 15 minutes inside. The views are beautiful. Waitress was awesome. Food wise burgers were tasty but shrimp cocktails not great just ok. Clam chowder was delicious that would be a must if you decide on this place. The cost was not bad considering location and such a large party. I wouldn't say it's a must but it's definitely not a bad choice especially since the customer service was great. Gluten free and dairy light eater.
I should know when asking about menu items I don't assume I know what is gluten free.
I ordered the burger (not a fresh seafood gal unless it's sushi) with no bun. I like a good salad burger, but this wasn't it. The burger looked too perfect of a patty. I suspect there was gluten in it. I felt sooooooo bloated after. Warning. Next time ask. But the burger was okay. The fries, here is my other sticking point. You can dress up fries. It doesn't just have to be fried potatoes. A dash of interesting seasoning, or the option too. Especially

Skip this place. Food was eatable but that's it. We got the "catch of the day" fresh snapper on fish tacos, looked good but entire meal was super bland, luke warm, nothing special at all: a few avocado slices, fish and cabbage. Green salsa no flavor, so meal was dry.
We arrived for a late lunch, 1:30, there seemed to be plenty of staff but very slow service.
Enjoy the pier, but eat elsewhere.

My hubby and I came here for brunch while at the wharf. It's nothing fancy but we enjoyed sitting next to the water while eating.
Our server was sweet and gave us recommendations on what she liked. Unfortunately, they were out of the crab that morning. The clam chowder was delicious and so were their alcoholic drinks. I also had a cesar salad while my husband had the half and half with fried clams and calamari. Good, but nothing out of the ordinary. Would eat here again for convenience if I'm back here.

After a poor lunch at the Santa Barbara Shellfish Co. I needed a seafood fix before catching Amtrak. I got the Seafood Mac and Cheese, and a cup of clam chowder. I was pleased with the large chunks of clams in my chowder. It was very flavorful. The Mac and cheese was even better. It was loaded with lobster, clams and shrimp. They did not skimp on the cheese either. I'm glad I came here. Service was very good. I will definitely come back.

Good to find a Breakfast place if you are on Stearns Wharf in the morning hours and hungry, outside tables socially distant. Little pricy Bloody Mary $16 but you get shrimp and bacon .. Very good restaurant coffee, very rare usually.
Basic breakfast fare. Would like to get 2 slices of toast with bacon and eggs, one won't do it.
Added 1 star for great coffee!

The only 3 reasons they are getting 1 star is because the salad was organic mixed greens and fresh & it was located on the warf with a view and our server was nice. Food was horrible and super small portions & spendy. Tasted like it was all cooked in rancid oil and everything tasted the same. No flavor whatsoever. We ordered the clam strips and fries ( which only came with maybe 8-10 small pieces/strips) and fish and chips with a side salad.

It was a beautiful Santa Barbara day, so we decided to go to the wharf. Our favorite place is a little seafood place at the end of the wharf. Well, traffic is stopped by a chain midway to the end, and the restaurant is located right there. I hopped out thinking this was our seafood restaurant and ordered clam chowders to go. Something did not feel right, so I looked further down the wharf, and saw our desired restaurant. Well, the food is not as good and my wife said the chowder was so salty, it raised her blood-pressure the next day. This is more like a Mexican restaurant serving seafood
