Aster is located across from a elementary school which a police officer sits outside of almost 10 hours or more a day so I’ve never worried about safety. Should I get tired of the pool and gym simultaneously the library is a 5 minute walk away. The Publix (grocery store) is 2.5 blocks away so when I forget something I don’t have to worry. All of these things are comforting but pale in comparison to people who actually work within the grounds of the community.

Would 100% recommend living here. Kelsey is an angel and made moving in a breeze. Me and my fiancée quickly needed to move to Naples and we only had 2 weeks to find a place and Kelsey let us know everything we needed to submit and quickly processed our application and got us approved in 2 days. There’s food trucks often in the neighborhood, it’s close to nearby restaurants, 5 mins from a Publix, and 10 from anything else I might need. There’s also cute little bunnies that you can see when you walk your dog all around. The pool and gym are nice and we’ll maintained, and the staff brought

We’ve lived here almost a year and absolutely love it. The grounds are kept super nice and the resort style pool is a huge plus. The maintence guys are quick to respond with any issue that arises and Kelcie in the front office is incredibly helpful, especially with those beginning questions you have moving into a new place. We look forward to staying for a long time!!

I have lived here for over a year now and I am incredibly pleased with everything about the community! The office staff are amazing and go above and beyond to make this a wonderful place to live. They even went out of their way to schedule a fun meet and greet for my son when they found out he loves police cars and fire trucks. The maintenance staff is incredible- so friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive! If you are considering a move, I would highly recommend checking out Aster!

I moved to Aster from a nearby apartment community at the beginning of this year. I could not be happier with the staff and the community! The office team make an effort to create a genuine community atmosphere through events and communication. They know their residents (including pets) so well! Through the pandemic they have made an effort to provide safe events such as food trucks on site.
The maintenance staff are so friendly and knowledgable. They have addressed all of my requests within 24 hours. My last apartment community would leave me waiting up to two weeks!

I have a beautiful apartment that I do love very much - however, the only contact that the community will make with you is via email or notes tacked on to your door. They don't have the courtesy of calling you when an issue arises - but rather provide "demand" letters attached to an email without even writing in the body of the it. I've always considered myself a respectful tenant, neighbor, etc - and that is not reciprocated with this community.

I would definitely recommend this apartment to everyone! I have been living here for a year and a half and have never had an issue. The apartment is beautiful and maintenance staff is great! Everything is always well kept and the staff is extremely nice and helpful. If I ever have an issue or a concern they are very quick to get back to me. The lobby and pool area is gorgeous. I love it so much that I have convinced my sister to move here within the next few months. If you're ever looking to rent in Naples, definitely check out this apartment complex!!!

Avoid at all costs. Very poor management. They do little to nothing to address the concerns of the residents. There has been an ongoing bear issues for several months leaving residents afraid to walk their dogs or take out their trash. My car was vandalized and Aster refused to do anything about it as usual. Neighbors are afraid to use dog park after a bear entered the enclosure. Police seem to visit frequently, one time with several cars and well armed officers. Trash and dog feces seem to be a real issue. The property manager also does nothing to address these concerns, saying that unfortunately
