My 1st time at this eating establishment. I found it behind the covid camouflage of their on street patio at about 9th and Main Streets, Vancouver. Walked in to find a restaurant with higher than usual artistic tastes and servers that made you feel good about yourself. My server Micaela, seemed excited to not only assist me in my meal decision but acted as though we were old friends, catching up. She made me feel very comfortable.
I also enjoyed the team spirit that all of the servers had while I was there. My coffee cup was never empty. The food was delicious and priced accordingly.

The first time we went I wasn't impressed with what I ordered, duck, which was tough and didn't have a great flavor. My husband got lamb shank and his was standard. We tried them again. This time for breakfast. Their version of biscuits and gravy is pretty much 1-2 small biscuits swimming in a pool of cold pink vomit. There is no need to reinvent biscuits and gravy. It's already wonderful. This did not have the classic taste and was just gross. Sometimes a restaurant has something on the menu that just isn't for everyone, but I figure I've been a couple times now, so I

The Spanish fish stew ($40) was amazing! Tons of seafood complimented with spicy sausage in a tomato stew with a noodle base. Crab fondue ($28) was also really tasty. It says it serves 2 but we added extra bread and it was a perfect starter for 4. Creme brulee was underwhelming. The maple old fashioned delicious.

"Exquisite" is the best word to describe the dining experience at Elements. It is like dining in art studio. From the decor, lighting, wall arts, reclaimed wood, drinks, and delicious menu, you’ll be pleased to dine at this joint.

First the bacon here is amazing I'm not sure what they do but its perfectly crispy! I had the pancakes with lemon curd and what was great was I didn't run out of lemon curd they gave you the perfect amount so that the pancakes dont get dry.

Elements was suggested to us and we weren't disappointed. The service was enthusiastic and helpful. The entrees were artistically presented and delicious. I had the King Salmon with mung beans and kale. My wife had the vegan roasted black futsu squash. The sauces for both dishes were awesome. If you're in Vancouver I highly recommend Elements.

Had dinner here to celebrate my birthday. The staff made a great first impression by taking the extra time to acknowledge the occasion. They even left a flower for me on the table! Our server Marco was extremely knowledgeable and excited about the food! He took the extra time to point out certain elements of the dish we would have overlooked without him. The chef and owner took time to come over and greet us as well. My boyfriend and I couldn’t stop talking about how incredible every bite was. Safe to say there wasn’t much other conversation besides how amazing the food was. 12/10 experience

Charming restaurant with excellent food and great staff!! Kind of spendy, (what isn't these days honestly!) but was a special occasion and didn't mind paying. Offered sparkling water, (which is what we got)or regular, and had to pay $10 for the bottle. Over all a great experience!!!

Amazing meals! First was the Octopus App. It was tender and flavorful. The Avocado Mousse with it was delicious. One meal was the Maryland Scallops. Seared perfectly atop the most amazing Risotto. My husband ordered the Crab/Brie encrusted Red Trout; moist & flavorful with a delicious couscous. Great wine selection as well. Thank you for such a memorable dining experience.

And my daughter and I had dinner here, Marco was our waiter. It was our first time here and the service was excellent and the food was amazing. We enjoy the Dungeness crab and brie dip to start and could barely finish our dinners. I had the Dungeness crab and brie encrusted ruby red trout, the flavors were amazing in this dish. I had not had trout in a very long time and it was so good. All the food here is excellent. We took half of it home and ordered a banana cream pie to go, and we ended up with a carrot cake instead. If you were not much of a carrot cake fan, you will be. This is a must try

Great food and service! Tried the beet and plum salad for starters and the king salmon and seared scallops for dinner between two of us. And for drinks we got the seasonal peach cocktail. The drinks menu was extensive and had a lot of wine options to choose from. The beet and plum salad was fresh and it was my favorite. It came with a goat cheese dressing. The king salmon was delicious. They didn't have bok choy, so it was substituted by potatoes and mushrooms. The seared scallops weren't my favorite. The farro with saffron butter was too heavy, creamy and rich for my liking and I wasn't able to

Great services and food! They have duck eggs! Shrimp and Grits is a little salty but pretty good. You can tell they use fresh farmland ingredients. Spanish Frittata is very delicious!

If you want to splurge on a meal out it doesn't get better than Elements. Chef Sosa is an absolute WIZARD with sauces and no one knows how to treat scallops or a steak better. The crab and artichoke fondue is the appetizer to end all appetizers.

If you're daunted by the price point check out their weekend brunch menu! It's a great way to try out the majesty of their kitchen while being a little more gentle on the wallet. The pork schnitzel is to die for. I've ordered it the last three times and I always want to try something new but it's too damn good. The

This place was fantastic!
Great ambiance, fabulous staff and the food is amazing! The downtown Vancouver location looked sketchy at first but looks can be deceiving. Nice location.
We started with the beet salad, which was totally not we expected, it was better. I had the pork chop and my GF had the Chilean sea bass. Both were delicious and we'll worth the price. Enjoyed a nice dinner with a bottle of wine, indoors. Perfect time during Covid-19. All staff were gloved and masked and tables were clean and sanitized right after a person left.
Will be back

I have to tell EVERYONE! Elements was an amazing experience from beginning to end. We enjoyed a fantastic date night thanks to the staff there. Our waiter Alex was incredible! Attentive, caring and knowledgeable only begin to describe his service. The food was mind blowing! Items that made you feel cozy and comfortable like the crab and cream cheese dip. Then decadent layered flavors like the wagyu rib eye from Snake River farms. Then the artistic and flavorful dishes that touch every corner of your palette like the smoked beet risotto with scallops! Thankfully Chef Micheal stopped by to say hello

TL/DR: just go. Seriously.

My wife and I went to Elements for my birthday. My wife has a severe allergy to mushrooms, and when she made a note of that in our reservation the chef himself called her to ensure that the menu had items she would enjoy and could safely eat. Please note we are not celebrities or anything. This was neither asked for or expected but wow does it show some class and care, and that was before the dinner started. When we got there for our dinner, the chef walked us through the menu of the night, calling out what was safe.

After that, service was amazing. Fast, friendly

How did this restaurant elude me for so long! We never knew that this spot existed in Vancouver - thinking we had tried a good portion of Vancouver eatery in these last 5 years here.

I really love the ambiance and decor here! The tables are the cutest - with fresh flowers and a lit candle for dinner.
The staff was SO kind, attentive, and helpful!

We tried the * Crab Fondue * as a starter. I would have loved more of a cheese note in the dish - but I really liked the flavor palate and concoction! For dinner - my husband and I split the * Barette Steak * and * Sallops * We also got to try the
