The food was ok, the service was slow, and they weren't that busy to messed up my order. I had the steak and side of mushroom, my side didn't come until I reminded them, and by the time it came out, I already finished my steak. The dessert was not good, I had ice cream with some kind of almond shell, it was like eating sugar on top of sugar, too sweet and not fruits to balance it. skip it!

I went to Gray's a couple of years ago for Thanksgiving and had a very enjoyable meal. This time, that was not the case. I'll put it to you this way. I've had better Thanksgiving dinners in the hospital!
The only palatable part of the meal was the mashed potatoes. New potatoes with the Skins, not my favorite, and it seemed to have been whipped into a gelatinous, salty blob. Like I said, the only thing palatable on the plate.
The turkey was dry as a bootheel and covered with this funny sour gravy made with cheap wine. Oh, and did I mention it was all kind of cold.
The real train wreck what is

Wish I had remembered photos! Food was excellent: Gray's flatbread for appetizer, two bacon prawns, and one king salmon later, we were all smiling! The large space combined with low patronage on a Friday night worked in our favor: safer place to dine during COVID! Spouse was sad to see his favorite fine dining restaurant, Grant's House on Officer's Row, close due to COVID. Gray's offers a nice replacement: similar quality of food, elegant setting, and close to home, e.g. in Downtown Vancouver. We enjoyed our friendly and unstuffy waiter. Four stars instead of five as he chit

The wait staff was sloppy looking and seemed inexperienced. Drinks were good. My husband ordered a steak medium rare on the rare side. It came out well done. Sent it back again and it came back raw. We came here because the chefs were suppose to be amazingly qualified and experienced. I can cook a steak better than this. My king salmon tasted great but a tiny portion of salmon for $34 and more Risotto than I knew what to do with. More like a big slop of Porridge with a tiny sliver of fish. The waiter apologized of course and said the manager took pictures. Well the manager never came out and there

We went for a date night during 'Dine the Couve' and had a great time. The short rib - which was on the special three-course menu - was great! We went for a few items not on the fixed menu as well including the corn and the half chicken. Finished it off with a delicious dessert: salted caramel skillet cookie.

Grays is a nice restaurant connected to the Hilton hotel I believe close to the waterfront. I enjoyed every bit of the food. I got a filet mignon medium rare and they might have just undercooked it to a rare but I still ate it. It was very delicious and seasoned beautifully. Also had creme brûlée for dessert, those are so yummy.

Bacon, egg, & cheese Flatbread. Americano. The coffee is starbucks, but the baristas here do a fantastic job. They are always full of smiles. Their americanos taste so good. Very creamy. The flatbread is very tasty. The bacon has great flavor, and they don't skimp on it. It's a good combination. I come here for business a lot, and I eat breakfast here often. Especially if your in a hurry. This is the "COFFEE CORNER" not the sit-down spot.

So the first time I went to Gray's was the night of my wedding about 9 months ago and it was absolutely amazing and it was truly one of the best nights ever. And tonight I went out for dinner with my mom and my mother-in-law. Kelly, who was our waitress, was absolutely fabulous. She apologized that they ran out of the marichino cherries even though I didn't care what type of cherries there were. The steak I got was perfectly cooked and the molten cake I got was so smooth and the ice cream tasted good like it was homemade. This was the best experience I have ever had at any restaurant. Thank you

We ate here last night for a last day of school celebration dinner. It was our first visit - we ended up here because all our normal places were booked up. Our dinner was amazing - better quality food than anything you can get at the waterfront restaurants. It was a little windy outside but the patio area was so nice we were determined to stay out there. The service was outstanding - our server and multiple other employees checked on us throughout the night. We will definitely be back this summer!

My favorite item on the menu is the brussel sprouts appetizer. I make a whole meal out of this large bowl of lightly cooked sprouts in a delicious horseradish-mustard sauce. The menu consists of everyday favorites prepared in an unusual and tasty manner. The atmosphere is what I call "light-sophistication"...simple and casual with a flair of very inviting sophistication. Menu items are reasonably priced for very generous portions.

This restaurant doesn't really stand out because it's part of the Hilton Hotel in downtown Vancouver, but we are glad that we found and decided to try it. The staff is very friendly, and we were seated right away without a reservation. For a Saturday evening, it wasn't very busy. The decor was very modern and classy giving off a slight upscale vibe. The only downside to the restaurant was that it was a little chilling inside.
We decided to dine here during October's "Dine the 'Couv" special. It featured a 3-course meal for $25. There were a few choices on this

Beautiful decor and amazing food. We started with the breadsticks with garlic butter. Melt in you mouth! I couldn't stop eating them.
They have tasty drinks and a menu to please anyone. I got the vegetarian pasta called the Spring bucatini which I was so stoked for. It was an Asian style dish with a sunny side egg on top. Do not regret getting this. I could eat it all day. Not the cheapest place to eat but it's classy and worth the money. This is the hotel that's in the Hilton downtown vancouver, across from ester shore park.
The staff was on it. We had a larger group with children

It was quiet on a Saturday afternoon. Good was pretty pricey for lunch, but was really good. My mom ordered the salmon and the vegetables with that were fantastic! (She didn't let me have any salmon ).
I ordered the prawns with grits. They were really good, but I think grits are so bland, they are better served alongside something with a good sauce (like my mom's veggies/sauce). The green bean salad that accompanied mine were good, but better options could have been paired.
Overall, a delicious lunch!

Service is fast, positive and kind. Food is fresh and delicious! Gray's is nestled underneath the Hilton Vancouver, OR. Beyond the food the restaurant is clean and open. I love the view of the park! If possible, sir by the window and enjoy the view! I stay at the Hilton often and regret not coming here sooner. But the menu looks promising. I'll be back. See you soon.

Beautiful and relaxed
atmosphere with a nice menu. Not overly expensive given that it is inside the Hilton. Large windows let you see the park across the way and let's in plenty of light. Nice patio seating as well should the weather allow.
We all had variations of the burgers and they were fantastic.
Restaurant also has a bar area with lots of televisions so you can watch the current sporting events.
Nice staff - very friendly and accommodating.

Octobers Dine the Couve 3 for $23 was a slam dunk at Gray's, much to our surprise as we usually seek out local purveyors. Decided to give the corporate dining a shot since it was within walking distance as we checked out the Farmers Market and also had one of the best menus for the DtC special, the other being Warehouse 23 which also had salmon on its 3/$23.
Top Sirloin was exactly black and blue as ordered which is hard to achieve at most restaurants. Salmon is served medium well but should of ordered medium-rare but came out again at correct temp ordered. All the accompanying sides

Every time I walk past this restaurant it always seems pretty empty. I finally ate here the other night. I ordered the peppercorn steak appetizer. The description on the menu didn't say anything about there being a sauce on it but it was covered in a gravy type sauce. The steak was soft and yummy once I got most of the sauce off of it! I also ordered a side a Brussels sprouts. I love Brussels sprouts and always order it if it is on a menu at a restaurant. I did not like these Brussels sprouts though. The sauce and the way that they are prepared ruined the Brussels sprouts. We ordered the skillet
