I came here with the intention of buying my son and I each a pair of reading glasses and I was really interested in a Tiffany and Co. pair in particular. I asked my son to ask the lady who was working how much it was and how did the 30% discount work. He told me that she was ignoring him so I decided to ask her myself and she made me wait about six minutes until she looked up and asked, what can I help you with. I asked her for the price and she said maybe five or 600 without insurance I don't know and as soon as another Asian lady walked in, she was greeted and the worker completely started

Michelle was very friendly and helpful. She went beyond what I expected and worked with my VSP coverage for some shades. While my overall experience with service and selection was a bit average, Michelle's customer service and flexibility to work with me was beyond average. It was perfect.

My $700 Maui Jim Rx stunners needed warranty work. Ideal Vision carries Maui Jim's and Candice was super helpful in informing me of Maui Jims repair and warranty policy and what I could expect.
I needed two new ear pieces and the lens recoated as they were scratched. What I recieved was a brand new pair of prescription tiger eye rose, lens and new frames FREE covered under warranty. All I paid for was shipping and handling ($16). If you've never tried Maui Jim, Rose Lens you don't know what you are missing. Details just pop. It was my first time here. Eye examination and choosing for glasses was a breeze! People here are extremely customer friendly and make the time to sit you down and explain the process. They have variety of frames to choose from and accept VSP. I might just settle with this one for annual eye check ups and of course for the glasses.They delivered them much earlier to the estimated date.

I came into the seafood city plaza mall just to buy dinner for my family back home. The previous weeks I've been trying to find a place that accepts VSP upfront and not needing to down money and get refunded from the insurance company. As I walk in I notice in the corner of my eye a Cartier stand, my mom is a carty watch owner so I know the prestige of the brand. I look up and see "ideal vision" so I say perfect time to ask if they accept VSP. Yes they do! And it's all upfront no downing money of any sort. The team was nice and very helpful. Located inside the Seafood City plaza, this is a great place to look for children's glasses as well as designer brands!
