Although the company was launched in 2013, our story began in 2000 when Jenny and Eric met in a physics class that Jenny wasn't registered for in the first place. Their relationship that flourished years later, a family-owned business was formed when the eyewear industry's landscape was beginning to change.
Our Flexlite collection is anything but flimsy. I went today for the first time after visiting more than ten optometries in SF and this was an unexpected nice surprise. As soon as I entered I was welcomed to look for glasses and Eric was very helpful in providing assistance and answering any questions. The prices here are very competitive and the glasses quite cool and modern. I ended up buying a pair using the insurance, which took less than a couple of minutes to have it applied. I'll definitely be back to buy another pair soon because they have a lot of cool models and you can tell this business provides good value to the customers.

Absolutely the best optometrist I’ve had in my life. Jenny is extremely well trained and employs scientific method from the routine to true health and emergency situations. Amazing with correctly measuring prescription, fitting frames and lenses, correctly making glasses and ensuring eye health. Unlike any other doctor I’ve been to (optometrist or otherwise). They also are the most accommodating with regard to scheduling I’ve ever seen. Evenings, weekends, they seem to always be able to fit an appointment. this optometrist should be the standard for the industry.

I had a specific style of glasses that I was looking for and sent a request to See.Saw.Seen(SSS) and they replied back the same day with pictures of a near match that they had in stock. I stopped by the next day, got fitted and they were immediately sent out for lenses.
By the time that the glasses were ready I had relocated for the summer. I sent a quick email to SSS to let them know about my move and they sent my glasses to my new (out of state) location at no charge. The glasses look great and this will be my go to place for prescription lenses.

Dr. Jenny was amazing. I had some sand in my eye and they were able to see me as a walk in without an appointment. Great service. Dr. Jenny was very gentle with my eyes and was able to clean out the sand which gave me a huge relief. Great office environment and billing to my insurance was taken care of by the front desk without any hassle. Would recommend!

Dr. Jenny Yuen is just amazing. She is so thorough, and understanding. I get a bit anxious with eye check ups and she puts me completely at ease, answers any and all questions. She's helped me with both my glasses, and introduced me to the world of comtacts! The man at the front desk is so great as well! I 10/10 reccomend her for those seeking an eye doctor.

Highly highly recommend Dr. Jenny and See.Saw.Seen! They were super patient, supportive, efficient, and caring. I am very happy with their service. Dr Jenny took the time to explain everything and then answered all of my questions. She carefully discussed the changes in my prescription and explained her thoughts on why to go with one value over another. I liked the experience so much I came back a few months later for contacts and we found a very comfortable daily lens, which was much better than the last time I attempted dailies. Thanks!!

Dr.Jenny and Eric are incredible. They make me feel so taken care of and are always the most welcoming and efficient people. I can tell Dr. Jenny genuinely cares about my health and will take the time to explain her thoughts and concerns to me and is so good at answering my questions. Prices are more than reasonable, and I love how it feels like a family environment and business. Honestly, their practice has probably been my favorite healthcare experience, ever. I cannot recommend highly enough!
