TERRIBLE - My first review ever and my worst experience ever!
Facts you should know before renting from this company.
RESERVATION Problems - Rental and reservation was made one month prior to vacation. Day of leaving for Disney, company left a message "time of delivery to the resort must be changed ... with a call back number". However, no one answers the phone. Wasted all day trying to reach the company. After being on hold for a period of time a message says "Good Bye" and leaves you with no choice but to start calling again and again. I requested a call back from company. That never happened

Worst service ever!!! We purchased the extra insurance that was supposed to cover everything only to find out that the
"accessories" (meaning the awning) is not covered. One of the aluminum poles for the awning snapped when it got caught on the limb of a bush at Disney. (Poor quality) Of course, this was not disclosed to us when we paid EXTRA for the insurance. I suggest you call Buena Vista rentals or Scooter Bug. I wish we had.

Stay away from this company!
The first scooter we recieved had the battery die after only 4 hours. If you are familiar with Disney World you will know that 4 hours is hardly any park time at all. We spoke with customer service and they suggested we charge the battery while in the park... you seriously think that there are plugs readily available in the parks, not to mention that the batteries on these things take 6-8 hours to fully charge?! We let the battery charge fully overnight, but the next day had the same problem with the battery dieing after only 1.5 hours.

This business has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. We arrived at our Disney Resort on May 28, to find a scooter left by this business without a key. So my disabled husband couldn't go anywhere. After 2 hours of calling I finally get a lady that tells me he needed to borrow someone else's key for that scooter. My question, From who? Then proceeds to tell me she can't understand where the key to scooter went. I ask could it be in the person pocket that dropped the scooter off at the resort before our arrival? She argued with me over the the the phone and at the Disney employees about the

My mom needed to rent a scooter for our Disney vacation, so I researched the options and chose this company. We could not have had a better experience. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The scooter stayed charged all day, each day, without a need to recharge (something I had worried about a bit-- they tell you to expect a 6-8 hour charge plus charge it while you rest/eat a meal--this was never necessary for us). I was also worried about rain because we were told not to allow the motor to get wet, or the scooter will stop working. We had rain every day. It was impossible to not use the scooter

Great service and great scooter for my mom to ride at the theme parks. They were able to accommodate a same day (within 1 hour) request and showed us how to transport the scooter in our vehicle. They took the stress and worry out of the possibility of a scooter not being available at the parks. Definitely would recommend. The scooter was in great shape and the battery lasted all day long. Horrible! Was just going to do Holloween night event at Disney. Expected the scooter to last the few hours (5hours) we would be there, even planned on powering off when idle to make sure. Well the scooter ran good for a half hour. Most the night it would run for a couple minutes at best then come to a stop, taking a minute to get going again, and inclines, even slight ones would have to have my wife push the back of the scooter or it just would beep and stop. Calling for replacement or even stopping to charge for a period of time (Was showing full charge when stopping anyhow) was not an option

Just finished a weeks rental. Had a gout flare up in my foot just a couple days before leaving for trip, and ordered the scooter the day before arrival. Did a quick search, and this company was much less expensive than the couple places I checked (by about half). Very easy ordering over the phone with a very nice lady. Scooter was waiting at my resort ready to go when I arrived as promised. Used the scooter every/all day at Disney parks with no problems at all. May be called best price but worst service ever!! Do not waste your time with this company. Scooter was not delivered to my resort. Company said it was and refused to be helpful and could not deliver another scooter. Could not give me a time for a new scooter. This company is very unhelpful and a scam go to Buenavista rentals instead! They were extremely helpful and came to our rescue. Best price rentals should have zero stars. This was not a happy start to my vacation!!!! Do better best price!!!

Injured my ankle/heal area during a trip to WDW and my foot was swollen. So I called here about renting a knee walker for the remainder of our stay. They have good rates, they delivered it by 9am to the Boardwalk the next morning and it worked perfectly. The walker was solidly made and functioned perfectly. Their customer service was very understanding, knowledgeable and worked with me through every step. At the end of our trip we transferred over to the Grand Floridian and they picked it up at the new location. I highly recommend this business.

I would NEVER recommend this scooter company again. We stayed at a Disney resort last week and this was a recommended vendor. After my experience and what the resort witnessed as well, not sure it will be. My mother in law had ordered a scooter for me as I have significant back/feet issues that warranted a scooter in the parks for me to utilize. Upon receiving the FIRST one, it was pretty dingy and the back rest wouldn't stay firm in place. I called the company first and was told they would bring another one. Super Experience AGAIN!!! This Company keeps providing me scooters that hold a charge ALL DAY at Disney World, unlike their competitor that I used in the past. Although the Scooter was a bit beat-up this time ... looks like the last customer had a run in with some walls with it ... it held the charge all day long. I assume Best Price Mobility must keep replacing old batteries that do not hold a charge. When you are doing the theme parks with a grandchild, you don't want to have to find some place to charge the scooter every two hours. A 7 year old does not want to sit down and wait 30

Great customer service, they had a replacement key to us inside Magic Kingdom within 30 minutes. The Victory 10 was charged when we picked it up at the Bell Captains Stand at the Grand Floridian and lasted a full day at the park. I would highly recommend.

Very easy to make reservations and reasonably priced. We live locally so we just decided to pick up the scooter at their warehouse and then drop it back off the following day. I like that they are open late because it is convenient not having to rush out of the theme park to return the scooter. We never had to charge the battery the entire two days and it was basically still fully charged when we returned it even though it was used 10 hours one day and 8 hours the next day! Will definitely be renting from them again until my husbands foot is healed.

REVISED REVIEW- updating review and adding a couple of stars for customer service. I was issued a refund for the rental and appreciate that.
An apology was issued too , also appreciated. still the WC was really ruff and should have been retired long ago.
It does seem this company has excellent customer service based on my experience and other reviews, if they applied that same dedication to the equipment they really could be a stellar business.

Update: I want to revise my review because of the excellent customer service I received. I got a phone call from Konni as soon as she found out there was an issue with the second scooter. She apologized and allowed me to express my concerns without argument. She gave truly great customer care and told me a third scooter had already been pulled from the wharehouse and was on the way. Apparently the second one was just whatever the guy had on the truck. Being a holiday weekend, I am so appreciative of her going the extra mile as I know they must be swamped. The good: the scooter arrived to our hotel on time and it ran

The bad: the scooter was falling apart. There was only one arm rest, the seat cushion was coming undone at the seams, and here was a switch on the back that clearly was missing.

Not sure we'd used BPM again because of the condition of the scooter

So helpful and accommodating! I called Best Price Mobility when I realized upon arriving at Walt Disney World that my adult son who has a disability was not going to be able to handle all the walking at both the Disney resort and the parks. They had a wheelchair to the resort by the next morning. When the wheelchair was taken by someone at Magic Kingdom by mistake, we had to get a temporary loan from the park. I contacted BPM and they got a replacement wheelchair to us the next morning and said not to worry about the other - that it would turn up and be returned. I was so thankful to them

Worst customer service we've ever received! We had to keep sending back scooters because each one had different problems so it really put a set back on our vacation. First scooter we couldn't take apart we constantly had to ask for help from other people and even they had trouble. Sent it back the next day and received another scooter that would shut off while you were driving it eventually it just shut off completely and wouldn't start up. Mind you it was fully charged. We were also lucky we were at our hotel rather than Disney when it stopped working because I had to put it into manual and push

Highly recommended. I was sitting at the outpost waiting for a bus at Fort Wilderness. My husband and I were discussing whether I'd be able to get a scooter at the magic kingdom so late in the morning, when I saw a lady riding a scooter. The phone number was prominently displayed on the basket and was easy enough that I caught it with just one glance. I called and 45 minutes later they delivered the scooter. I used it for 12 days, 9 at the parks, and I never had an issues with power. Every night I charged it and it lasted all day, never even slowed down. I even stopped taking the campground

It's rare to find a company as dedicated to customer service as BP mobility is. Every step of the way, they were so accommodating. I rented a scooter for a week at Disney with a sunshade and rear basket. They helped me pick the right one, patiently answered all of my questions, adjusted drop off date without question, and helped in a pinch during the trip. After the first day, I called to let them know the throttle knob came off the machine and without hating an eye they said they'd have a new machine delivered to our hotel within 45 mins. Rented from them for a quick trip in January. Due to my short trip I didn't get the best price, as longer contracts get better rates. But the scooter worked great, arrived on time and battery lasted long. Would use again!

I rented a scooter from them for a week for my mother to use at Disney World. Excellent service and prices. They man their phones until 10 pm every day in case you have a problem. I called 5 companies to get prices and some did not answer their phones after 6pm. Not only were BP a Mobility the lowest price but they did not nickel and dime for extras like damage waiver fee or daily fee for a second basket on the back. The scooter was delivered to my Disney hotel in advance and left with the hotel staff. The scooter was fully charged and in good condition with a deluxe seat with folding arm
