Very efficient. Easy to book. Drop off and pickup provided by their staff was very efficient. They were always on time (10-15 minutes early on their end). Stroller was very clean and man I really liked the rain poncho / cover it came with. We really needed it on one of the days out at the park. First time renting a stroller and I’m glad we decided on Gold Mobility Scooters LLC. I recommend 🙂.

Excellent service. With my prosthetic leg I can't do a lot of walking like I used to, so we rented a scooter from Gold Mobility scooters for the 2 days we went to Universal Parks.
The scooters batteries lasted for the 12 hours we were there both days, even having my phone hooked up to the scooter to keep it charged, . The add ons of the cane holder and the sunshade at no additional cost was a bonus also. The staff (and I'm assuming one of the owners) were so polite and helpful and we ended up spending more time talking to them about life and other things than it took to get the scooter and load

I rented the pride gold mobility 10 3- wheel scooter November 26- November 30 for Disney world. They were great. The scooter was so comfortable and easy to use. I definitely recommend the 3- wheel. It is easy to maneuver in Disney World. The charger for phones really helped. They were waiting for me when I got to the Contemporary Resort. I had to arrange for an earlier pick up because we had to get back for a Doctors appointment. They did it. I was in Disney Magic Kingdom 50 years ago. At that time could get around fine. 50 years later…. Not quite as good. So the Gold mobility scooter helped

I rented a Pride Victory 10 3-Wheel mobility scooter from GMS for the week of November 12-19. The charge easily lasted for my 10 hour days at the amusement park. The 3 wheel easily made the right turns through the lines for the rides. The employees were very kind and helpful. I will not hesitate to rent from them again in the future.

My scooter arrived 2 hours late (and was blamed on me). Anyone that goes to Disney knows you plan out your day and try to cram as much in as possible. Getting a 2 hour late start puts a damper on your plans. Scooter seemed fine the first couple of days. But then I realized the speed didn’t work when a drive tried to put it on turtle and the scooter started beeping and shut itself off. If the speed was touched it freaked out and I would have to restart it. A couple of times it shut itself off. So I had to carefully drive on one speed. Couldn’t risk having to wait hours for a new unit. Plus,

Prompt ontime delivery and pick up to and from the resort. Scooter was great. We rented one from a park so we didn't need to transport and the park rental was terrible.
Delivery and pickup team were friendly and great! I'd recommend them to anyone traveling to Disney or Universal in need of a rental!

Great service and scooter. I don't normally use scooters/wheelchairs/walkers, but found myself in need of one for a previously schedule one-week trip to Disney. My wife and I did a ton of research, but we're still left fairly confused and sceptical given the extreme price variations from company to company. We settled on GMS for a few reasons... 1) No extra drop-off or pick-up fee, 2) Everything included, 3) Most importantly, the small (lightweight) 3-wheel scooter could support 350 pounds.... I am well under that limit, but it was reassuring. Also, the scooter could be disassembled into 4 parts
