Absolutely love living here! We’ve lived in a 3B 2B apartment for about 2 years now, and have recently decided to move to a 2B 2B, and the staff has been absolutely amazing with helping us do so!
If there’s ever an issue, they do their absolute best to help, and they’re very understanding and sweet ladies! Cynthia has grown to be my favorite! 😬 But we look forward to living here 2+ more years! Thank you ladies for making us feel at home!

Please take a walk around this property before signing your lease. It’s definitely not worth the money at all. The roof in building 1 collapsed a month ago, there is a HUGE whole in the ceiling on the 3rd level. Not fit for living conditions for anyone and they’re clearly in no rush to fix it. The parking is TERRIBLE, the office staff allowed 1 tenant to have 3 garage parks instead of giving every apartment the opportunity of having its own. I’m a mother of 3 so when I get off work at night I have to sometimes park 2-3 buildings down due to limited parking spaces. That’s very dangerous

1st I wasted 11,604 dollars moving over there! Air conditioning stop working put in three work orders! Then I had to call corporate to get it fix! & then a neighbors upstairs with constant noise 24/7! Complain for a hold year the problem was never addressed! They just told me to tell the courtesy officer! The same officer that no where around when your car getting broke in to! Things getting taking off your patio! And the apartments are cheaply built that’s why you can here everything! And the staff is very nice when they trying to get that lease sighed! But put your 30days notice in! They will

Staff was absolutely wonderful, I cannot speak highly enough about how professional Debra, Cynthia, and Angel are. Any issue I had was addressed and fixed promptly by the maintenance staff, almost always within a few hours. I lived there for about six months before buying a house and they were extremely helpful and flexible about my move out date; no fees, extra payments, etc. - just go talk to them and you won't have any problems. I never had anything broken into or stolen from my first floor apartment and the unit was in very good shape. Complex is kept in good condition and the community is
