After moving to Southern California from living overseas, we set the bar pretty high trying to find the most relaxing and dog friendly community between Baja Mexico and Orange County. Needless to say, the scope was pretty big and we looked all over the place for months. It was only when we got to Sea Gate that we realized, we had finally found our next home. New resident, yesterday was moving day and I am SO HAPPY with my decision to relocate to SeaGate. My condo is in perfect condition, is beautiful with high ceilings and a consistent cool breeze from the coast. Dannika Condon was my leasing agent from showing me the property and excellent amenities in a tour, through signing my lease and getting me in the door. She was responsive, polite, and extremely helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend SeaGate and am thankful for having Dannika’s help with getting me here!

Alex has been amazing in helping me get settled in with everything I need in my new place from start to finish. Every time I ask for assistance, she is right there to help me with whatever I need. She contacts the maintenance personnel for a work request as soon as I contact her. The work is usually completed the same day the request is made! She is so pleasant, kind, and extremely efficient in her job. She is an extremely competent and dedicated manager and the Seagate community is fortunate to have her at the helm. We recently moved into the community at Seagate and it has been great so far! Dannika has helped us through each step of the process and has made sure that we are taken care of. I had a wonderful experience working with Alex as the rental manager working with me. Accommodating, responsive and kind. I enjoy everyone on the management team. The property is well maintained although I would like to see stepped up yard upkeep around the garages. The pricing is a bit high but the value is there and the resident events are a great way to meet fellow residents of the community. Definitely 4 stars!

I just wanted to take a moment to say the management team at Seagate Condominiums is fantastic! Five stars. I recently had a great experience with them. As a resident for a several months, I noticed there were quite a few trees starting to obstruct my view. As a nice-to-have, I was curious if perhaps the trees could be removed, or trimmed, to open up the view, allowing me to see the ocean. Seagate's management was more than accommodating, even offering to send a team out to remove the trees. Within a few weeks, the trees were removed and opened up an incredible view, making my experience renting
