Our 1st time here and it was a wonderful experience after being with Absolute Dental. Clean the staff was attentive. I believe her name was Jennifer she went above and beyond to make sure we received the best care that was needed. The other receptionist was just as wonderful she assured me of some things and followed through! The Dr was caring, thoughtful, and thorough. All of my children will be going to this dentist office from here on. This was the best upgrade from Absolute dental that I've made! Thanks to you all at LVSC!!! I have extreme dental phobia and they have been amazing. Always willing to deal with insurance for you. And they offer an affordable dental plan themselves if you don’t have insurance (saved me while I was between plans). They see my daughter also and are great with kids and working with schedules to get us both in at once.

Excellent work! Was so hesitant after two years (I moved from the Midwest and don’t trust LV medical really at all) but the care I received was excellent. The doctor and the hygienist were both friendly and knowledgeable and explained things thoroughly. Front desk staff and office manager welcoming and communicative as well. The doctor is honest and isn’t trying to have you do unnecessary work, which is exactly what I was looking for. Overall, great care!

I'm honestly disgusted by these money hungry rats, it's truest sad that Dr. Arian is not able to practice what he loves anymore. My check up over a year ago they randomly diagnosed my with 3 cavities by "Dr. Patterson" after the said I needed 3 fillings she took off her gloves and walked straight to the front (Did not go over my ex rays to show me my suspected cavities) at the front she suggested that I get this procedure done as soon as possible. THIS PART IS WHAT REALLY PISSED ME OFF, she said I can pay on arriving for the procedure or if I pay that instant I could receive

My child and I both have seen Dr. Patterson and her staff & felt compelled to let others know what an amazing experience we had! My family loves coming to see Dr. Arian and his staff for our dental needs. From Deanna at the front desk, always happy to answer my endless questions about my insurance, to Christy, Nicole, Tammy, Crystal - everyone who has cleaned our teeth over the years - they are friendly and comfortable to be around. Even my 3 year old enjoys getting his teeth cleaned. They're very gentle and make it fun for him. Dr. Arian himself is a kind and patient guy, taking the time to answer my questions about various procedures, never making me feel rushed into a decision. I appreciate his perfectionist

Dr. A is amazing! I had a really bad tooth issue and he fixed it right away and PAINLESSLY! (I did opt to get the "laughing gas" since I'm so nervous) I hate going to the Dr, but the service was quick staff was super nice and helpful and everything was SUPER CLEAN! Which I loved! They also have payment plans available. Although certain procedures are a little more expensive, I highly recommend this place!

I visited Las Vegas Smile Centre today, in town with a tooth that has played up for a couple of days. After calling in the morning I was fitted in around 2pm. I was very impressed with the care and concern shown by the Dr and staff, with an infection in the tooth not much to be done but treat and then give me all the options. I can continue the trip with my friends and hopefully delay tooth removal until I return home to Australia, if not guess its Vegas here I come again for treatment

I have had the worst experiences finding a truly ethical and skilled dentist. I have lived in Vegas for over 20 years and until now I have never had an experience worthy of a return visit.
I tried nearly a month ago to see a dentist for a simple tooth extraction and of course the first interaction is a 30 minute up-sell on all the things I need to get done. When I said I was only interested in the extraction at the time, given my current pain and discomfort, his office told me that my insurance required that I be referred to an Oral Surgeon

I bought the Groupon on offer from this dentist for free teeth examination and tooth whitening. From the moment I stepped in the door the staff was hustling to try to get me back in for other services not covered by the Groupon. They even offered financing(!) for medically unnecessary braces.
