I started Honest Computer Repairs because I know there are companies out there that have taken advantage of their customers by recommending unnecessary repairs. They do this because they think you don't know any of the geek speak, or the magic that happens in your computer that makes it work, or they're just plain greedy and driven only by money.

I have 3 reviews, for 3 separate times, for 3 different issues... These were from June, September & October & all 3 times Patrick went above & beyond.. Top Notch service as on top of that, he is extremely friendly and good at explaining:
I. HD went bad. Patrick diagnosed the issue, replaced it, cleaned out my PC which needed it & even helped airflow!
II. HD static noise. This appears to be a wiring issues in my apartment but they spent a lot of time ensuring the PC was good & is appreciated!!
III. I had an old HD that got corrupted and I lost some photos. They were able to recover some photos

My computer started shutting down randomly and couldn't pin point the reason for it. Patrick reached out to me the following day and did a FREE diagnostic check on the device.
Got back to me that same day and said that the machine was not worth the money to repair.
Patrick was able to give suggestions on computers to look for based on what I was looking for. He even took the time to provided clarification on computer terms (RAM for example).
I really appreciate the free diagnostic check and other place I contacted wanted to charge $50 just to look at it!
In the future if I want to update some

Both of our home computers were compromised by scammers. I called Patrick at HCR and he was very responsive to come over to our home that evening and got one analyzed and back in shape. The other one had to be taken out, but he fixed it the next day and returned it to our home the next evening. He was very nice, and took time to explain what he was doing and very reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone with computer problems, and we now have him on our emergency numbers for our computers.

Patrick is awesome and he definitely knows his computer (PC or Mac). He is super quick and takes the problem seriously & will try to solve it the best & fastest way possible. He is probably the most honest computer repair guy I've ever met! I used to go to Greek Squad and will spend a lot of money and time to get one thing fixed.
