From the moment I picked up the phone and called Cray, and Angie Rollman answered , I knew I had made a great choice and I and my computer would be in good hands!
Angie patiently responded to all my questions.
After we discussed my needs, she was able to give me an estimated cost and explained the way they charge for their computer network services.
I really appreciated the fact that although they have an hourly rate, they charge in 15 minute increments based on the actual physical work done. Angie assured me that the services I was requesting

Had a few issues with my laptop that Best Buy's lack of customer service left me royally frustrated, so I was thrilled to be able to work with a small business that knows how to treat customers! They even have access to work on your computer remotely, so that is convenient. Give Angie and Wes a shout the next time your computer gives you a challenge!

The staff at Cray Networks have been amazing. I was looking for a group to try to repair a computer monitor for me and they went above and beyond to try to help me. They kept me posted with the various updates as they received them and checked with multiple vendors to try to repair my monitor. In the end, the monitor was not able to be repaired due to how specific and specialized it was, but I will definitely return back to them for future questions and assistance. Gabe and Angie there are amazing and super kind.

We use Cray Networks for all of our needs at Life Church in Leander. They are very helpful and there has not been one issue yet they have yet to resolve for us. Plus, they truly do everything IT related. We have had computer issues, network issues, backup, modem and router issues and more. They come out quickly or have even remotely fixed our issue. They are fast, reliable and very knowledgeable. Not only do they do repair they are full service, providing materials and installation of whatever your IT need is. Plus an extra bonus is that everyone on staff are so pleasant, and never talk down to

My laptop was locked down with viruses. I contacted Cray Networks. They were professional and responded to my issues quickly. They were kind to give me recommendations for anti-virus. I used Cray Networks nearly 15 years ago in a non-profit that I used to work and when my new company needed IT; I immediately thought of this company. They set up the entire network system and explained how things worked to where even I could understand it! They fix computers and help with any IT need. Ryan and his crew are life-savers! Whenever I have an issue with our computers, network, software, or Internet, they are quick to solve the problem.
