Get a West facing unit, you'll get a view of the mountains and get heat from the sun to melt the snow. North facing gets a view of the mountains but covered in snow most of the winter and lack of direct sun light not friendly for house plants. Been living here since the end of 2017. Hardly ever turned the A/C on during the summer, but the gas heater is our friend in cold months. If you like having house plants, chose a East, West or South facing unit. If you want outdoor plants keep them in containers and keep the outside looking nice. I have a large collection of outdoor plants. Really like CCM

We have been at country club meadows for almost a year now and love it! We are in a 2bd 2b split with a beautiful fireplace. The grounds are well maintained and the front office is always friendly and go to great lengths to make us feel at home here. It’s a family friendly quiet neighborhood with lots of green spaces and near trails and amenities. We recommend living here to everyone!

My boyfriend and I have lived here for 2 years and we absolutely love it. Everything about country club meadows is perfect. Management is always on top of it, maintenance is consistently working hard to keep everything up to date and the grounds are open and well maintained. All issues like needing the sink fixed or etc were always fixed professionally and promptly. The location is also great. I enjoy not being right in the middle of downtown. This location allows the grounds to be much more open and cozy rather than just tall industrial apartment buildings. You also never have people living above
