All packages are performed by a licensed, Certified Personal Trainer, and are available in the convenience of your home, a local health club (where applicable), or a studio. Jill Mock, NPC natonal figure competitor with over 10 years experience in training and coaching will walk you through the steps to get you on stage and shine come competition day. You don't live in the area?
All packaged-personal training plans includes nutritional guidance and customized nutritional plans that go hand-in-hand with the customized exercise plan that is developed based on each individual's needs. Nutritional Plans are also available without having to purchase exercise plans.

If you are strictly looking to tighten up your eating habits, learn better eating habits, learn how to shop and read grocery labels, or have a specific event and or copetition you need to lose several pounds for then you will need to fill out the questionnaire.You do not need to be local to FAST Personal Training to see results from nutritional programs.
Gait Analysis is the systematic study of the human motion, using the eye of the observers through an instrument capturing motion and measuring body movements, body mechanics, and the activity of the muscles being engaged. It is the way in which we move our whole body from one point to another.

Gait analysis is used to assess the way we walk or run in order to highlight any biomechanical abnormalities, and then to be able to accurately treat individuals with such abnormalities that are affecting their ability to walk or run.Gait analysis is also commonly used in sports biomechanics to help athletes identify posture-related or movement-related issues.

Endurance Every Fall and Spring Doug Mock coaches weekly group running speed workouts in 8-week blocks: This includes runners, duathletes, triathletes and those wanting to get faster in their specific sport. All speed training will be coached by Doug. Speed workouts for the Fall will start in September and run for 8-weeks, and Spring speed workouts start in late February/early March.

My son has been training with FAST now for just about 3 months; however, the results are phenomenal and his form is much improved. We live almost 45 mnts away but it is well worth the drive. I strongly believe Jill and her methods helped his speed and performance on the field and for sure made him a better athlete. On top, she's a great person and her communication is perfect.

Jill is an AMAZING trainer, she can help you meet your goals no matter what your starting point is. I went from not being able to do any pushups, to being able to bang out 30+ on my toes and I shaved almost 3 minutes off my mile run time. She is tough but that’s why you will see results! I highly recommend her to anyone looking to improve your fitness, or looking to train for the FBI fitness test as I was. Thanks Jill!

We love Coach Jill she has been training my boys going on 4 years my oldest son came to her slow as a turtle he’s now running 4.1 and 4.2 and My younger sons are trailing right behind him. She Is a awesome coach very talented, and professional motivator wouldn’t trade her for the world!!! You need a great coach she the one!!!!!

My experience with Jill was outstanding! I had been working out on my own for years and realized how much I had been missing! Jill tough me not only great workout sets, but gave me a very easy to follow and healthy nutrition list that I have started to use not only for me, but for my entire family. This has really changed they way I eat, period.

Coach Jill is an awesome 5-Star personal trainer for those athletes who want to vastly improve their speed, their strength and conditioning, and their agility.
Her dynamic and safe explosiveness training sessions along with her customized workout and nutrition plans in between those sessions are second to none! My performance results are tracked and get better and better each week! 👍💯

I needed a strength and conditioning coach for my son (15 yrs) who plays soccer. Coach Jill is the “real deal”! She is knowledgeable about the skills that work best for my son. Her sessions are challenging, and my son can expect new drills–which keeps it interesting. My son’s progress is showing up on the soccer field, and he is motivated. He will continue to work with Coach Jill. She is the best, and I highly recommend her!

I've been with Jill for 6 years off and on. Although it's been off and on it 's definitely been worth it. I've only ever lost weight when I train with her. She holds not punches and is going to tell you what you don't want to hear but need to hear. She pushes me like no one ever has and I love her for it. As long as you follow the guidance she gives you, you will see results. I couldn't imagine training with anyone other then her. I promise you will not be disappointed!! Thanks Jill!!!

I have been working with the founder of FAST Personal Training, Jill, off and on for over 10 years now. My first experience with her was after I gave birth to my first child. Jill was able to get me in better physical shape than when I was in the military. I am now working to get back into shape again and my experience with her has been so wonderful that my daughter works with her, as well, to improve her athletic performance (they've been working with each other for 2 years now). Working with FAST is the best decision you can ever make for achieving your health or performance goals. I highly recommend
