I’m at your West Chester location and the doors are locked and no one is answering the door or my phone calls. I’ve been here since 9:55am for a 10am float appointment, I drove a half hour from my house and just rejoined with a two floats a month membership. It is 10:46 and still no one is answering the door, phone or fb messenger. I just triple checked my email confirmation and I am here at the right time and date. I made the appointment over the phone with a live person, too. I have an injury that flared up and moved my whole day around to be there, including driving an hour round trip with

I'm recovering from a bad muscle strain after going to physical therapy and taken medicine I thought this might be a good idea. The place is nice and the staff is nice but to take a bath in epsom salts for $100 just isn't worth the cost. I feel no different it didn't do anything to help. If I knew it was just Epsom salts I would have never went because Epsom salts have no medicinal benefits. Save yourself a hundred bucks go buy some Epsom salts and do it in your own bathtub

I had my first appointment at East Coast last night and it was amazing. Angelique (s0?) was at the front desk and was wonderful. She greeted me when I arrived and promptly showed me to my float room. I was given thorough instructions about the room and how the float pool works. Floating was amazing! Don't think I had been that relaxed in awhile. After the float, I briefly used the vanity room, that is equipped with hairdryers, lotion, natural deodorant, hair detangler and a few other things that I can't remember. Next, I spent some time in the lounge, which is where the massage chairs are and oxygen

East Voast Float Spa was definitely something I had not heard of. A friend invited me to join her. Not knowing what to expect on my first visit with a friend that is a frequent flyer.there. I was a bit apprehensive. Matt greeted us and made me feel comfortable. He offered us water while we took the tour. Matt explained the entire process and what to expect during my visit. The spa was very clean, quiet, relaxing. The actual float time was awesome. At first I didnt think I could "do nothing" for an hour. Every time I come here it’s an incredible experience all around. I usually do the whole package deal with the float, oxygen bar, zero gravity massage chair, and infrared sauna. It’s the best form of self care in my book, and it’s a treat every time. I’ve brought many new people here and each person has raved about how relaxing the entire experience was. All the employees are extremely friendly and knowledgeable too. I would HIGHLY recommend giving this place a shot if you’ve never tried it!!

If you have never experienced a salt float, you really should give it a shot. It is the most relaxing experience, even more so than a massage. East Coast Float doesn't use deprivation tanks so the risk of feeling claustraphobic is low. Their facilities are clean and bright and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
Even if you do not have a specific ailment and just want an hour without distractions to yourself, a float is worth it! Plus they always have deals going for packages and membership.
