We drove into Phoenix later than expected from Sedona and were starving and han-gry!....we checked into the Westin and were trying to decide on where to find a healthy quick-ish bite to eat. We decided on trying Province Urban kitchen and bar and were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and service (and whole food plant based dietary accommodations!) we received at Province (attached to the hotel) despite it being 30 minutes until they closed. Corey and Nick were fantastic and we both highly recommend this restaurant and hotel!

The place has a great atmosphere that I liked so much I am taking the outside idea to my patio....on a much smaller scale though. The blackened Salmon was good, I would have preferred to have it cooked well done. I forgot to ask, so i won't hold it against them. I will charge the baguette to them though they were really hard, which usually happens after sitting a long time after being toasted. All in all I say give it a date night chance.

Had a HORRIBLE experience here, was traveling to Vegas, missed the bus and walked into the restaurant to use my phone to Adjust my hotel reservation, When I was approached by staff.
I explain the situation And what I needed to do but less than 5 minutes later the staff member returned and said I'd have to leave or hes calling the police. I didn't explain that I'd have to make another phone call to the booking agent as the hotel couldn't adjust my reservation so I wasn't quite done I also mentioned that I was quite hungry and that I was planning on buying breakfast. Once again I was given the same

The ambiance here is exactly what I'm about. Very classy, modern, vibe. And the food is fantastic! I'm writing this about a week after I visited, so I can't recall exactly what the dish I had was called, but it was definitely great. So was our appetizer, and our dessert. The drinks were also delicious.
I always say, a great way to tell if a restaurant is gonna be good is to check if they have matching silverware and good drinking water and this place has clean water and super cool silverware. Definitely recommend!
