The current Office Crew is doing an excellent job for residents. They are open, respectful and firmly competent. They display and perform a high degree of social skills without pretenses. Butterfield Apartments are fantastic places to live. The staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to work with you to find solutions to any problems (though there are very few of those to start with) that may arise! On top of that, the units are all completely remodelled with brand new everything in them (the only exception being the bathtub units) including washer/dryer, paint, fridge, carpeting, dishwasher, and stove/cooktop. Butterfield is not just an apartment complex, but a home. The staff (Kathy, Property Manager and Chelsea Orso, Leasing Agent) are extremely friendly, helpful and positive people. If there is a maintenance problem Paul and Mike are ready to put the problem to right, no matter what time it is.
Butterfield staff makes a concerted effort to treat the residents like individual people and the staff knows people's names. It is a very warm and secure place to live. I'm never moving!

I lived at Butterfield apartments for several years and enjoyed the experience. Office staff was very understanding and helpful. They care about the concerns of their residents and often do whatever than can to accomdate. Prompt and friendly maintenance. I would live here again if I moved back to Flagstaff.
