Friendly staff, clean, took care to clean machines before and after use. Dr Yang gives the personal touch when examining and explaing your experience.

Excellent service. I was on time and didn't have to wait. I walked in and my appointment started immediately. Everyone was very nice and I like Dr Yang's gentle demeanor. I felt it was a thorough exam with a test or two I never had before. She was clear about the changes in my eyes and talked about what to expect in th future. And best of all, no pushy sales to buy glasses. This was my first visit after changing doctors and I will be back for sure.

As a recent resident of San Diego moving from Philly with my family I had put off getting new contacts and glasses. I have VSP for vision insurance so I started my search on the VSP website and looked for the top VSP PREMIERE status doctors in my area. I loved what I read in the reviews about Dr Diane Yang's professional background, yet personable care. I get a lot of anxiety about my eyes and haven't taken the best care before having VSP for coverage. I typically went to big box stores avoiding private practices for fear of high costs.

The staff was so nice and very accommodating. Due to a scheduling snafu on my part I had called in to reschedule my appointment and they had a cancelation and were able to get me in the next day. Their clinic was very clean and they were adhering to a strict cleanliness with CIVID. Dr. Yang was very tentative to my needs and went to great lengths to explain exactly where my eyes were at and what she felt was the best for me moving forward. She was extremely nice and very current on all aspects of my eye examination. I'd easily recommend them to anyone as was I too referred to them. It was refreshing

Been a regular for 6 years now, and I am very happy with the professionalism, efficiency and courteousness of Dr. Yang and her staff. I visited today in the context of COVID measures in place and am happy to say that they are doing all the right things in here. Everyone is wearing their masks, are methodical about using sanitizers, and cleaning all surfaces we come in contact with with bleach and sanitizers ( door knobs, chairs, equipment surfaces ), with nary a hint of the inconveniences this extra work is causing them. I could easily sense a smile in their faces behind the masks as they went

If you are looking for a new eye doctor, Dr Yang is excellent. She explains everything thoroughly so you have no unanswered questions when you leave. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They even helped me pick out new frames.

Dr. Yang and her staff are amazing! I always feel so welcome when I come into the office. Dr. Yang performs a really thorough exam and never makes me feel like a bother if I have questions. The optician is really knowledgeable and, with the aid of the other staff, helped me make my final decision on glasses (excellent selection of glasses by the way). I recently relocated to San Diego County. I am SO grateful that my daughter recommended Dr. Yang! She is extremely knowledgeable and informative. She is patient and more than willing to take the time to answer any questions or concerns. Dr. Yang provides detailed explanations in response to my questions, as well as offering in-depth observations during my exam. I can't say enough about this Optometry office.
Everyone who works there are professional, knowledgeable and one of the most important thing that matters to me is customer service. And that they have!
I came in with my broken glasses. They checked to see if it was under warranty. Turned out it was. They were able to replace my lenses with a new frame, and I was set.
Definitely A+ #1 place to go to.

Dr. Diane Yang is great! Equipment is high tech, and the staff is friendly. Good selection of eye ware as well.

It is a Tuesday and they are supposed to open at 11am. I have been calling for the last 45 minutes and I am getting an automated "our office is currently closed" message even though it states that they open on Tuesdays. They are so difficult to reach over the phone.

Update: So I decided to just visit the office to make an appointment and they apologized for having issues with the phone system. I guess Dr. Yang just came back from maternity leave. They provided very good customer service and were able to get me an appointment for the next day. Dr. hang provided outstanding service! She

Dr yang is awesome very happy with her work. The glasses selection is pretty weak though and the waiting room is way to small it should all be opened up. It's uncomfortable sitting in there.

My husband had a great experience and the staff was really nice.
But when he called to find out if his glasses came in yet because it was 10 days . He was told in a very rude voice by the person on the phone 10 BUSINESS DAYS !
not very nice ! HE did not know and was just checking.

Due to an insurance coverage change we had to switch eye doctors. It was for a number of reasons it took us over a year to find a new optometry 'home' and in the process of looking we tried a few 'cost effective' options. Costco - which isn't bad but not very customer oriented, Walmart - hmmm, and Lenscrafters - not so cost efficient afterall.
