This apartment complex has some of the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. They not only know the answer to any questions you could think to ask, they are professional and so so kind. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else after coming here for a tour. Thank you Elam Farms Village for being exactly what I needed!

I am updating my review of Elam Farms after almost a year living here. I love the safety of the apartments with a gated entry. We live on the second floor and can hear our neighbors above us knocking around and stoping around which is the only disadvantage of Elam so far. The pool is awesome and the work out area is open 24-7. We really love that they accept animals as well. Rent is reasonable for the area. Thanks Elam!

Wow, what can I say!!! Elam Farms was by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in.
When giving my notice I was in tears.
The office staff makes you feel nothing other than family. That was the biggest selling point for me! My move in process was very smooth, and Brittany, the property manger was super informative and knowledgeable about any questions I had, and the maintenance team was outstanding. If I ever had an issue it was addressed immediately!
Although I will miss living in this beautiful community, I know that when I return to Murfreesboro, Elam Farms will be the place I WILL

I can’t say anything but good things about Village at Elam Farms!! I have lived here for almost two years, next month, and anything that I need done work order wise maintenance will be there same day to fix it! Thank you, Eddie!!
Valet trash is wonderful!! they come to my door and pick up the trash...I have gotten spoiled with this!!

I have lived her for a little over two years. The grounds are well maintained, the common areas are kept very well and it’s a quiet complex. The apartment itself is very nice with upgraded appliances and the layout for the one bedroom is spacious. The office staff is courteous and responsive. I am only leaving due to work and needing to be closer to Nashville or I would’ve definitely seen myself staying here longer. One of the best apartment complexes I have lived in.

I absolutely love living here! I would recommend this place to any and EVERYONE, who is looking to move into an apartment. My family and I have been here since April of this year 2019, and it is the best move/decision that we have made! From the ladies in the office (Brittany and Mary) always being helpful and sweet. To all of the fun activities that they do each month! Love this place, I have kids and they love it here. They even love there school, and the fact that the school bus picks them up and drops them off right at the front gate. :)
