The new building, the pool, gym, lobby, etc. Are all very nice. We haven't experienced any issues with hearing our neighbors through our walls. However, the trash valet service they charge us for every month is awful. Also they have somehow been charging me more for my rent the past 3 months and I have sent dozens of emails and he called the office DOZENS of time and nobody ever responds. I work during their office hours. It is ridiculous.

It is extremely frustrating with the package/mail delivery system at this place. They use a company called Luxer. I have lost numerous packages and countless packages "delivered" late(not that the shipping carrier delivered it late) but the system they use caused the delay. They also use a valet trash pickup company which is also frustrating. they do not pick up boxes. most importantly, they do not email you in advance or only one day in advance when they are changing their schedule. you will receive an email that says they will not be picking up trash on the day that they are not coming. sometimes

Moved in recently and have been nothing but impressed with the complex and the staff. Everything is new, clean, and comfortable. Any requests I have made have been handled by management promptly and efficiently.
Unique features like valet trash, the dog park, and the resort style pool make living here even more wonderful. We are thankful we found this community!

I just moved in a couple weeks ago and I am loving it! The gym has been really nice and I love that the pool is saltwater. My views of the sunset are perfect and I'm so happy I chose to live here. My dog also loves going out on the balcony and going to the on-site dog park and dog wash, such a nice inclusive place to live. :)

I’ve been living here for over two weeks and I love it. Best decision I’ve made. I was moving to Michigan from Florida and this was the best experience I’ve had in a long time. Crystal and everyone in the front office are awesome. If I have a question they get back to me right away. Quiet and beautiful area.

As future residents we are so excited to live here. Mirah, Crystal, and Marcus are great! They are amicable, funny, professional and very easy to talk to. Their property is so beautiful it feels like you are on a vacation on a resort I can’t wait for all of the awesome amenities to be ready for residents to use they offer so much in that community and I am so excited to be apart of it .

In customer service alone, this place is worth every penny already (and I haven't even moved in yet). Time and time again, their wonderful agent Mirah has gone beyond our expectations. Not only that, but management has been extremely welcoming and supportive! My expectations for this place are very high, and I know that they are going to deliver on all fronts.
