Estate Planning Practice News Update: Brent Gunderson now licensed in both AZ and NV Brent Gunderson, Gunderson Denton & Peterson's founding partner, is now licensed to practice in both Arizona and Nevada. Brad represents primarily small businesses, and so he practices primarily in the areas of law that small businesses need. As a practical matter, Brad helps companies form their businesses, deal with employees, draft and review contracts, and file or defend lawsuits when needed. Hubert Dampt Hubert, our resident Frenchman, was an employee and an auditor for the French equivalent of the IRS for several years. He now resides in Arizona and assists our attorneys primarily in the area of civil litigation. She works in multiple fields in our office, including Estate Administration, General Business, Real Estate Law, and Accounting.

Initially I was pleased with this law firm. One successful letter resolved my real estate law issue.
THEN I asked my attorney about another issue by email and phone but he NEVER RESPONDED.
Today I called and emailed on another issue and asked for TWO different people.
NO ONE CALLED BACK.
I guess once they get the NONREFUNDABLE deposit; client services aren’t that important to them.
Building new business. Getting referrals from existing clients.
I mean if you don’t want my business GIVE ME BACK THE RETAINER. But to GHOST an existing client?
That sounds a lot like UNETHICAL if not illegal

I am an out of state real estate investor looking for distressed properties in Arizona. I was looking for a good lawyer to help me out on a closing and give me some general advice and counsel.
