Lashell is fantastic at walking through the move-in process with potential residents. This is a great apartment complex for first time renters- the leasing office takes care of so much that all you have to worry about is moving in! The property is beautiful, quiet, and well-manicured. The office staff are kind and personable. Very excited to be moving in!

I’ve been looking for apartments in the area and when i called yesterday Alyssa answered the phone and she was super sweet!!! she made sure i got everything and seemed genuinely excited to help me with the apartment, whenever i got there the other girl LaShelle? i think i’m sorry if that wasn’t right but she was equally as kind. they are the reason i decided to apply here instead of other complexes because of their attitude <3

This place has to many feral cats that have invested this complex because the people keep feeding them. In addition, some dog owners don't pick up after their dog(s) when walking them. My boyfriend and I were looking for apartments around the work area, and found this beautiful complex. The staff is so friendly here, we love our little 1 bed 1 bath apartment. It’s perfect for us, highly recommend this place to others if they are looking for a nice, safe place to live!

Totally unreliable and not responsible. They confirmed appointment online. I was driving for an hour at my day off to come in time and figure out that they are not in the office. Phone doesn't answer. There is a sign on a door with clock that they will be in 1.5 hour. Why don't you let people know? What's the point for appointments in that case?

I have lived here for over six months now, and I have had nothing but great experiences. The pool is a great place to hang out in the sun. Doggie bags are conveniently placed by the buildings with waste bins. The maintenance staff is some of the nicest people I have ever met and they thoroughly care about their job and the people here.
It's a great apartment for people looking for a laid back one bedroom apartment!

Just moved in recently, the complex is among the cleanest in town. Wonderful staff, hard working maintenance, great amenities and a great community. 5 stars isn't enough. We love living here. Everything is closer we’ve only been here a couple weeks and it’s such a great place. The environment is family friendly! It feels like home and not just a regular apartment complex. The staff is great!

I have recently moved into the Oasis apartments and it has been a wonderful experience. There may have been some improvements needed but the staff here is very responsive and are always willing to fix the issue. I really enjoy were the apartment complex is located. Very close to the highway and right behind a plaza with a Publix and small restaurants. The apartment we own is small but is perfect for our needs. It was fun having to be creative with the space and it turned out great!

We looked to find a smaller apartment and at let me tell you - these are perfect. Teaches you to maximize your space. The one thing we absolutely love about this apartment complex is the maintenance staff. They are by far the friendliest and kindest people we have met here at this complex. They do a great job with whatever needs fixing and are always seen around with a smile on their face! Big thank you to Glen for everything he's done for us! ❤❤❤
